Been playing the Show for 4 years now. Can't even begin to say how frustrating and disapointing this years game has been so far.... the horrible patches, the fielding issues, etc...
Last year I really leveled up at this game, pushing myself to play consistently at a Legend difficulty level in DD, i'm not a scrub, but this year man, its the most inconsistent slog in any game I've ever experienced
Some people here don't seem to take criticism of SDS or the state of game very well (lol) but to me, there's no debate about whether the game has issues that are leading to a major problem...the game is way to frustrating and at times challenging even for above average players......all 4 of my buddies with this game, have abandoned DD mode or the game altogether...
And here comes the part i'm sure to get flammed about, but to me, it's just apparent...this game is catered towards advanced players and streamers and %1000 benefits that set of gamers or like any sports game dynasty mode....people who just plug money into it
Day 1 seemed SO PROMISING GAH! go back SDS, go back to first iteration and think hard on what's going on here....

Rewriting history by CHANGING the uniform and including a version that NEVER EXISTED is is dishonest.

If you cant use the logo because of MLB rules...just say so. If you did it because of your own sensibilities...have the guts to say that too.

Yes, I shouldn't be congratulating them for something that should have been working all along. There's something to be said though for the fact that they did work out some of these big issues with connectivity. Most of the grunt work being done by SDS folks that have never posted on the boards before.
Anyways, it's refreshing to not comb through 12 posts of people saying the same thing, whining, complaining, raging etc.
Lol, this post is so dumb and assinine....coming in here to be relieved that people arn't complaining about something that's been fixed?....when there was A) plenty of reason for customers to be upset, people seem to forget just how many modes the server issues effected...lol or how the other broken parts/issues with this game were definetly and rightly contributing to consumer feelings. not to mention how there's been literally 0 communication except for Collins snarky/or none informative remarks. So you didnt like the complaining and now you're all relieved and high and mighty about their being no server complaints cause SDS did their job and lived up to one of the things they promised with this game? GTFO
They call us the "community" what a joke, maybe a handfull of you if I've played with you online or communicated with you on here are "Community" but I'm a customer of SDS, nothing more, they certainly don't view me as a "community member" or any of you. We've seen and heard numerous times now over the years what SDS members think of the "community"
Stop blaming people who've had a bad experience and feel this is the place to voice it...cause it IS THE PLACE TO VOICE it....especially considering the complete lack of communication on any platform and the complete ignoring of support tickets...
These "im better than other members"' posts are total BS. Servers being fixed is the first step to fixing the issues this game and the LEAST they could do.

dude no one attacked you at all here. in fact many understand your headspace completely. i don't agree with each point you brought up, but i agree with most of what you said for sure.

You have some SERIOUS personal issues. You are reading way too much into stuff and have taken the server issues personal to the point where it rivals somebody stealing your puppy.
Just like you have a RIGHT to complain, I have a RIGHT to be relieved that there is less complaining.

Yeah they feel WAY different than any other gameplay. Currently its my #1 gripe about the game. I can do well on Legend in any other mode but Vetern and All Star in this mode are as hard as they are? come on now....I'd love to get into team affinity packs, face of the franchise, future stars but right now, this mode is BS IMO

Showdown is a joke, the timing is messed and it's obviously so people can't stack vouchers for affinity packs and work towards a lot of affinity rewards. totally lame. They are messing so much up this year.
it's happened to me 4 different times, I would finish showdown and wouldn't get reward vouchers due to crappy server errors, placed numerous tickets about this and other things and nothing.....havn't played showdown in over a week because of it. brutal.
yeah showdown is manipulated for sure. Ruined a great mode that could of saved DD for me this year.
