Well looks like anyone that got showdown wins stolen from them are basically being left out to dry.

Still no response from a ticket from 9 days ago. I went ahead and tried to do it again, went in 15-9 and lost 15-14 with the winning run at the plate.
This really sucks. I love the game and the gameplay but SDS has flat out screwed a lot of us over and refuses to even acknowledge it, but to mention I just wasted an hour and a half I could have been doing other things I the game.

it's happened to me 4 different times, I would finish showdown and wouldn't get reward vouchers due to crappy server errors, placed numerous tickets about this and other things and nothing.....havn't played showdown in over a week because of it. brutal.

I’m really pissed right now. I had put off trying again because I had faith that given how many issues there were with loss of xp they’d do something to compensate but it’s becoming obvious they won’t.
It’s really quite possibly one of the worst customer relations experiences I’ve ever experienced.

At this point I know. I just cannot believe that knowing that there have been multiple server issues since launch they are literally doing nothing.
I’m going to speculate here, which may or may not be allowed. I think they have no clue how to fix the issue and are saying noting to avoid liability if refunds.

They aren’t gonna do anything. Do you know how many other people would bombard them if they gave you the affinity vouchers bc the server screwed up when u were “about to win”? Hell they owe me 10 vouchers but I just played again til I got some.

This is the 1st inning showdown. But it is why I have said they should do blanket vouchers and Xp.
