The point of this post is this was a showdown were I had 6 outs to score 2 runs. 5/6 outs were PCI rating of 14 or higher. I literally had to hit it perfect for anything to happen.

It’s there for one reason and to be a time sink. Unless you’re elite going 0-15 and winning is a coin flip. Even the great players will lose. They want you spending an hour going through these mindless moments. Funny how when you get to 13 or so runs it’s like the “results” change to more difficult. Very fishy on how many we’ll placed pci gets a pop up when a runner is on third or the absolute absurd amount of DP you hit into
Ikr, I had the Lucky 7 meat ball card and still popped up have of them with good timing and big hitters. The sliders are def. adjusted

Placement only. You can have perfect (or "good" since it doesn't show as perfect unless you actually make contact) timing on a pitch that's nowhere near your PCI and get a 0. Easier to pull this off with a Legend difficulty PCI. You can also have the worst possible timing on your swing, have the PCI centered on the ball, and get 15.

Ok. Well I can assure you in this case the timing on those were pretty much spot on.

How do you view PCI rating? I can’t seem to find it

I just had a Perfect Perfect Fly with FotF McGiff... . 98 mph exit velocity for a warning track fly ball. Something is seriously broken in Showdown. Then next batter LS Gary Sanchez pulls on 97 mph exit velocity and CPU robs me of a HR.
I quit the moment and forfeited the Showdown, if i want any TA3 points i will do exchanges. There is no way i will play S3 Showdown again.
This was at Yankee stadium vs Cole, not that any of that matters. Perfect Perfect was supposed to be max exit velocity. No way a card with 98 power would have a max exit velo of 98mph, no way.
