The game just doesn’t play well. So many squared up outs on goods and perfects with high power players. Also, your pitches rarely ever go where they’re supposed to even with good control pitchers. It’s almost always the worst possible PAR location.

@SaveFarris_PSN if I told my clients I fixed something and it wasn’t fixed I’d be out of a job. Software development is not different. Don’t push the patch if you haven’t actually tested it.

@TripleH-4481_PSN 100% gameplay is just not in a good spot right now. I feel like the issues are fixable but knowing SDS they’ll double down and not do anything about it. Might honestly be the last year I buy this game unless serious improvements are made.

@YOSHI24_XBL the game does play better on HOF but I’ve just had a stretch of games where I square up things and just don’t get rewarded for anything. A guy legitimately had 5 early and late hits in one inning to score 4 runs. It gets old quick.

@Rhyno1986_XBL that’s because they’ve been piling on onto the same code for the past 10-15 years and won’t dedicate the resources to create a new engine.

@Dinger_Dan19_PSN I usually play on HOF got up to around 830 this season but have lost a couple in a row. I just don’t feel rewarded regardless of difficulty recently (past 5ish games) even ones where I won I felt like I had to work harder than my opponent.

There used to be exclusive card rewards for a certain amount of wins in the event usually like a 10 win reward and a 25 win
