    SDS, Outliner idea

Can we do something about outliner? Can we just not let every pitcher throw 102 and can dot with nasty stuff. I’ve faced nothing but DeGrom, Verlander and all relievers that have outliner. I’m all for it being in the game but why does every pitcher that’s meta or likes have it.
How about this, can SDS put the top pitching speed to 100 instead of 99; that way pitchers like DeGrom can sit 98,99,100 but top 101 and 102 every now and then. Maybe a drop in velocity just a tad based on pitch count.
Anyways make outliner give you the ability to hit 105 that way prime Chapman is different from today’s and the silver Chapman. Only him and Nolan Ryan would end up with it and it would probably make Nolan Ryan a decent card to use. After all they use to measure pitch velocities at home plate in Ryan’s day and he threw a 100 there image if you could see his pitch speed based on where it is measured today. With the ability to hit 105 you could sit probably 101,102, and if your pitcher is rested then it jumps to 103,104,105.
I just feel like this change to outliner and pitch speeds can make games more fun and competitive because if you face a kid that knows how to tunnel and when not to tunnel. He’s no fun to play when all his pitchers throw 102 and I’m forced to swing right when the ball comes out his hand. Only give that ability to a few pitchers.

    Guaranteed steal glitch

I just played a game after the new update that allows kids to steal 2nd and (sometimes) 3rd all the time. All he did was steak and round the base but slide in head first that causes the player to miss the tag every time. Even if you pitch out and throw a perfect throw he’s safe. This exploit almost caused me to lose the game so can this get looked into plz.

    9 Perfect Perfect line outs?

What happened to rewarding the player? I feels like the better input I get the worse the result is for me. Like what do I need to do. It’s not like I’m hitting into a shift on these. It’s liners straight to guys that are against the shift or normal. Like seriously all my new players are hitting like [censored] and I’m not doing anything wrong.

    RE: Equipment Missing?

It’s in the game some where go look at the equipment tab in the MLB app for 22 and it shows a ton of equipment that’s not in the game. Like Lindor’s cleats which kinda makes Lindor low key.

    Gameplay

I just feel that 21 played way better. I like the perfect pitching area being slightly bigger but why does it feel so much smaller with pinpoint then other ways of pitching. Like if I use meter you still throw stuff on the other side of the plate on decent meters. Pure analog pitching is my favorite but it just feels like I’m at a disadvantage pitching on it because if I messed up Ik I’ll give up a hit (which is fine). Now if I use pinpoint and mess up I just feel like it doesn’t matter that much. I don’t want to use it but feel forced and that sucks.
Hitting this year just feels off. I don’t get how every pitcher feels hittable but I get 9 hits or 10 and feel cheated more then I feel good about hitting the ball. I like that power doesn’t feel needed and that a guy like Tony Gwynn feels useable. But why do I feel like bad swings get rewarded way too often. Like last year if I was down a few runs I felt like I could hit myself back into the game. Now I feel like I need a lucky hit or 2 to get back in. Just stinks because I want to play this game all the time but I’m not going to frustrate myself with annoying or unlucky results. I get the devs want a realistic game but if I can call out to my friends in a party what pitch is coming and the ball barely leaves the bat to be caught or barely get through doesn’t feels that rewarding. Not sure if it’s possible to go back to 21s hitting and adjust it from there but just feel like that would make people less annoyed.
I do like that fielding does matter especially in the middle infield, that is dope.

Add both like Miguel Cabrera at least so everyone is happy.

    RE: Lead at 2b

@dap1234567890 said in Lead at 2b:

Because it is much closer to the mound than 1B. Also, if the SS is holding, it will be an out each and every time! That is the reason why I use SZ3 camera when pitching. I can see people take a lead from 2B, I set my SS to hold, and I pick them off 100% of the time!

I’m not having a issue with how to pick off but why is my issue. Like if Matt Olsen is getting picked then cool whatever. But if Harper or Acuna or any smart base runner has a bigger lead to cut down base distance they shouldn’t be a auto out because of a lead. That is just silly.

    Lead at 2b

Why is a 1 step lead at second always a out. Its 1 step and I’m not stealing I’m doing it to cut down distance for a hit like come on.

    Parallel levels.

Is anyone else not getting levels for players? I’ve used Luis Robert for 4 online games and 12 off line and he has 0 levels. And when I get close with some players they stop for a game then decide after a game or two to get levels to level up.

I guess I’m happy to hear other people have this issue because that was annoying to lose a easy game.

    Player gear

Just curious where did all the gear on players go? You got too guys looking “naked” because they don’t have their stuff. Like Nike is basically what all the catchers wear so you got players like JT wearing generic stuff. I’m a catcher so it just bugs me I know it’s not a big deal. All the new bats are nice but just feels like cleats and catchers gear is gone. Like where are the clear Mookie and Manny Machado wear?

Did you see his son post when he got inducted, he tweeted or something at MLB. Idk who’s in control of it but Ik he wants him. But I get what you mean.

RE: 9 Perfect Perfect line outs?

So multiple games in a row can’t count towards this stuff? Lol go look at my game log that doesn’t show that a perfect perfect happened and that you can’t complete a moment if it doesn’t reward you either. I don’t get what I have to gain by lieing about this but ok
