Up and in Fastball

SDS

If you result to the high and in fastball everytime you get into a jam.... I have no respect for you, that’s not how baseball is meant to be played

SDS

Ahhhh I can’t comment, I’m showing great restraint

SDS

If you can't hit a high fastball even when you know its coming,.... I don't feel sorry for you

SDS

Hold your left stick towards the pull field. I have caught up to a couple using that method.

If you don't use a monitor you don't stand a chance.

Sorry dude. If I notice you can't hit it, I'm gonna spam it until you show me you can. I couldn't care less about you respecting me or not, go practice on it and get better instead of crying about it here lol.

Funny I thought the goal of the pitcher (and catcher) is to get the batter out. If that means an up and in fastball then I believe they will do that. And I guarantee that they will go to that well as often as possible until the batter proves that they can hit it.

Now, if there is a flaw in the game that makes that an unhittable location then that is a different matter, but don't give me this bull "that’s not how baseball is meant to be".

SDS

Show me you can hit it and I'll stop throwing it.

SDS

Doesn’t matter if I have my pci on it and I get good timing I always fly out with it. I’ll hit a dinger here and there, but no matter what it’s usually a fly out.

SDS

Actually that's exactly how baseball is played. have you ever watched Chapman work the 9th inning? Pitchers work high and inside a lot and like others have said if it's working for me why would I stop doing it?

"I always fly out with it"

-- Literally the next sentence --

"I'll hit a dinger here and there"

See how do you expect people to take you seriously with these choice of words is what I wonder. Go practice on the fastball instead bro.

SDS

It’s a weird thing. Back in 17, the high inside fastball was much easier to hit. It’s still a hittable pitch, just not as easy. I can remember in 17 if you pitch high and inside in me I would launch it almost every time. Now, not so much. So yes, something has changed but, maybe it’s more realistic.

So annoying man, these people overshadow the real issues and true flaws of this game and make the sincere complaints look like regular whining.

SDS

I don’t understand the “respect” angle.

Are we supposed to serve up hangers? The game does that for us enough as it is.

It was hittable because of the just late cheese in 17. You didn't have to time it up but you would still get a hit

Alexa, how do I delete a post? I’m wrong on this one y’all lmao, just had a guy spamming it last game with Ohtani and was just frustrated with it cause I was just not able to do anything with it. Y’all are right though, I’m outta pocket on this one

That's actually a very mature response in the end, did not expect that. Kudos to you.

I know when I’m wrong, just got a little caught up in the moment that’s all, you guys made me realize I was wrong though. Baseball is all about exploiting weaknesses lmao. Just lost my mind for a min

SDS

If you're frustrated, then your opponent did a good job
