Can we please, get an updated Negro league players, it's been since April.

I have always believed that the current model for incorporating the Negro League into the game has been overly restricted. Vice merely moments, options should have also included the opportunity to play a schedule slate of games, adopting the RTTS style avatar player model, or the Franchise GM control model.
This would have included historically accurate stadiums, as well as a fully fleshed out series of teams. Of course, with this, would also be a full roster of historic players to go with those teams.
In this way, a much fuller appreciation for the reality of the Negro Leagues could be gained. It's an opportunity that SDS has turned its backs on.

Agreed. The storylines are cool but if they'd been released earlier maybe people would actually use em besides Donaldson. Honestly it's a lil bit disrespectful IMO

I don't see it anymore disrespectful than the non-negro league legends and hall of famers in the same boat. Most if not all should get their high end cards and 90% of those will be dismissed as unusable by the hardcore players

Negro leaguers never handled properly, Captains being phased out, Team Affinity Phased out, Market is in shambles due to bots (although at least Manu is trying). The game is an absolute boring mess and has been now for several years. Its the only game I play. Something drastic needs to be done here to right the ship.

It’s kinda odd how they “segregate” the negro leaguers form the rest of the game. Why couldn’t a biz Mackey or cool papa bell or any of the other great players be sprinkled in here and there in programs and as ranked reward or inning path , multiplayer etc. you have to exit diamond dynasty to play a totally seperate storyline mode to even k ow those cards exist or interact with them. The storylines was cool to start but ran stale, boring slog of missions. And not one has cracked a red diamond and we already blew past when a lot of them would have made teams into 99 power creep. It’s really horribly mismanaged with a sds team that’s all white face they show the public. It’s just another example of a horribly mismanaged once great game, still lots of potential for the ball the be picked up
