Looking to possibly get a monitor. I am looking for advice on what one to get. I’m trying to keep price down somewhat but looking for tips on what monitor specs mean the most when it comes to playing this game on a PS4 Pro.

Bought a BenQ 28 inch 4k HDR monitor about a month ago now was using a tv previously. A world of difference. Especially online. I'd recommend the monitor to anyone looking to upgrade.

Well it depends on what you plan to do in regards to the PS5. If you plan on getting one at some point I would look for a 144hz monitor. If not a 60hz monitor will suffice. The Asus VG245h is a nice monitor if you are sticking with the PS4 for awhile. Around 10ms of input lag and 1ms of response time for under $200.

I have a Sceptre 27 inch curved display and love it. My buddy has the 32” model and likes it as well. It’s a pretty great option that doesn’t break the bank

Well that only makes a difference if you plan on getting a PS5. The PS4 is capped at 60fps so the monitor you have now is just fine.

It’s going to run over 60hz that’s for sure but I don’t think we have a concrete answer yet.

I think where we stand now is that it’s a combination of both. I would be happy with a solid 60fps on the next gen. This game has had frame rate drops for years. I think the added power of the PS5 will hopefully have this game running buttery smooth no matter what stadium or setting you have it on. Only time will tell though.
