Historical Teams - The missing feature in sports games today!

Hello:
One of my favorite past times was playing RBI baseball. Particularly RBI 3, which included playoff teams from the past. These days, sports games (including Madden) have gotten away from this feature. I wanted to post this to see if we can get community support to add this feature back into baseball games. The Show is today's leader for baseball by far. So...how about it The Show? Lead us back to historical teams!

@Jaj Far too expensive to add entire teams into this kind of game. They pay for NIL to each individual player. I’ve head OOTP Baseball is great for what you want.

It is. OOTP has the entire history of baseball. You can replay any season. You can set up teams from different eras play each other in exhibition games, etc.
In OOTP's card collecting mode Perfect Team only current MLB players get actual cards. All of the older players get generic cards without their pictures.
And while it is probably the truest simulation of the sport it is also strictly a simulation with you playing either the GM, Manager or both.

@Dolenz_PSN I saw they have it available for my iPad and was thinking about getting it.

@fubar2k7 I have never played the mobile versions so I would make sure that they include the options for the entire baseball history.

OOTP perfect team is pretty fun until you realize it is 100% pay to win. You get whales in your league that spend a couple hundred bucks, and you have zero chance.

Made before O’Bannon v. NCAA, which required any name, image, or likeness must be registered and compensated.
It’s never, ever going to happen again given the legal requirements, so enjoy the memories.

I’ll research it before I buy it. Might be better off dusting off the laptop if it’s a stripped down version.
