The issue is they aren’t bothering to ask us for proof and due to the terms they don’t really have to. I could prove it wasn’t me playing. I can pull my time card from work showing I was not home playing at the time of the 0-0 games on 3-31. Also blank canvas is an offline only stadium

I don't think so. I know for a fact conquest games don't show that. Here is that same section for my conquest game against the orioles on the Jazz conquest map

That being said looking at the lineups, those are very much BR lineups. Batting order in order by position, Melendez and Fletcher in both lineups. It's weird for sure

Or showing us proof. Plus calling it a suspension for 2 years? This game will be obsolete in less than a year. Are we banned for 2024? I can still play 22 with no issues.

Yeah, I can look at game logs (and have been) and see why SDS may have banned someone but that is as far as I can go. I can't say whether the logs are reporting incorrectly or whether people are actually quitting. I was simply trying to provide insight.
I think it is my 20 plus years in IT Support bubbling up inside me now that I am retired. I always enjoyed trying to track down the "why" of issues.

I can't see anything obvious in your account after taking a quick glance. There are no 0-0 games in your log so I would not think it would be about Win trading. Unless SDS has some other tip off that they use.

So I looked at all my 0-0 games in my play log. EVERY single game with a 0-0 score involved a player who went 12-0 without throwing a pitch! One of them had 16 wins in a row with 0 pitches thrown. One player had 14 game sin a row against the same team. So I'm guessing that maybe if we "played them" then we are attached to them. That doesn't explain how they matched up with my team. One game happened while I was at work, one while i was at the movies, and 5 games when i was out of the country.

I'd say compile all of that data and submit it to SDS with those user names and screenshots and such. Then if that does not work post it here and on reddit and try to make it a big deal.

I feel for your plight, but message boards are not the most efficient customer service mode of communication. Bug Reports have always been my best bet.
Man honestly I feel him. I have tried everything I can to get a hold of someone. I got a ban as well, and for something I 100% did not do. So maybe. Just maybe this will get seen by someone at SDS. I pray so because I have played this game for 10+ years. I don’t really play anything besides MLBTS. I am hopeful they will right the wrongs, and reinstate our accounts, but at this point I just want to have a legit conversation with a human being. I don’t think that’s a lot to ask considering the thousands I have spent on the game and stubs through the years. If SDS does see this please reach out.

What did you get banned for?
The ban is what others have reported since Monday on here. Win Trading/Account Sharing in the Battle Royale game mode. Never played in BR program and everything is offline. There is a suspicious user who played a game on my account, on rookie lever v CPU and lost 1-0, but other than that nothing else. I have no idea who this is and couldn't find this person when I clicked on their link.
As bad as it is, there’s no way they aren’t seeing it. Discussions about this have been at the top of 2 or 3 different boards since Monday evening and still nobody has gotten more than an Auto generated email. I’m not sure what we can do if SDS doesn’t even have the decency to have a real person work on it. People are still blaming mini seasons. Honestly if it was that I’m not sure why we would all get a response saying BR. Either there’s a lot of people lying on here which I don’t want to believe or the truly is a massive bug that needs to be corrected. I hate to do it but I’ve made the decision that im giving SDS a week to rectify the issue, and after that I’ll just file a chargeback with my bank. For the game, every stub purchase I’ve made. Not that it will make a difference to them but I can’t support a company that fails to support the people that keep them in business

The problem is that they are human beings too. I can only imagine from working in Tech Support almost my entire career that they are desperately overworked. You have people who just submit their ticket over and over again clogging up support queues and making their job harder and delaying support for those who need it. Customer Support is almost always understaffed and overworked.
When it comes to Win Trading, almost everyone I have seen who reported it had multiple 0-0 games in their game logs. I do not see any of that for you so I am not sure why you would have been flagged. The only people who could answer is SDS.
On the other side of their explanation is account sharing. I am not sure how that would be detected, short of the same account logging in from 2 IP addresses long distances apart.
I have multiple 0-0 games in my log. I however did not compete in any of them. It may be similar to the extra innings mode from last year where it would match you with a random, but real DD team. One guy on twitter got his ban reversed and it his log looked almost identical to mine. So I’m going to assume that we get it reversed because no way they unban some all the while I have the same issue with the same components and have my ban kept in place. So I’m holding out hope that there are just hundreds of cases they’re working through.
