Frank Robinson. He would be a monster in the game.
Good call. One of the most underrated players. He’s inner circle easily.
He is underrated. I don’t know why his name never comes up.
You could make an argument he is at least in top ten or twenty players of all time. -
Daryl Strawberry
Dwight Doc Gooden
Bernie Williams
Deion Sanders (Yankee)
Bo Jackson (Royals) -
Paul O'Neill and Bernie Williams. Need a Paul O'Neill kick animation.

That's how Oneil Cruz got his name

Bernie Williams is the player I have always wanted most. One of my favorites growing up and he hasn't been in a video game since the very first Show back in 2006 so he's long overdue.
I know he didn't have a good arm, but hard to beat a switch-hitting CF with good pop, solid defense and some speed. He'd never leave my team. Mantle can move over to left or right.
Paul would be great as well. I'll take anyone from the 96-00 dynasty run. Just a shame they no longer have guys like Orlando Hernandez or Tino Martinez under contract anymore. El Duque was fun to pitch with because of his funky delivery. I was probably the only one who used him, but they dogged Tino. His debut card in 20 was super underwhelming and even the HRD card they released later that year got totally screwed on power and especially defense. Last year I think they only released an 85 card from his days on the Mariners. Was hoping for a Silver Slugger or Milestone card from his 1997 season. Tino was an absolute beast that year.

Really? That is pretty cool. Similiar to "Robinson" Cano...

I’ve been wanting to lead off Tim Raines for years now. Oddly, he might be my #1.
Sandy Koufax, Frank Robinson, Josh Gibson would all be nice too.
More lefty reliever options would be cool also. Jesse Orosco anyone?

Here, here. There are a million really solid outfielders in the game, but a relative paucity of top notch lefty relievers.
-
Norm Charlton would be a nice lefty addition for the bullpen.
-
If we are talking lefty relievers again not necessarily a top name but a good Pedro Feliciano would be cool.
-
The one guy I want and hope we get is David Wright... and Derek Jeter... but I imagine Jeter would be a cover athlete similar to Ken Griffey Jr if SDS were to go that route.

Probably won’t get everyone excited but my top 2 would be David Wright and Johan Santana.
Johan Santana would be a nice addition
-
Pete Rose

Breakout Kenny Rogers.

Bumping this thread as we will start seeing confirmed new legends. First one is Jeter. For some reason a polarizing player. It’s not like Logan Paul was added to the game people.
-
Julio Lugo and John Rocker
-
Adrian beltre and Juan Gonzalez

With Jose Rijo and Randy Myers....Have Jose pitch through 7, Norm in the 7th, Dibble in the 8th, then Randy to close it. Nasty!

It’s crazy how the Reds and the Pirates have some of the best all time lineups in the Show but neither has great pitching. I would love the addition of the other Nasty Boys and Rijo.
I won’t edit but I forgot that they have Cueto, Greene and Seaver with Chapman and Dibble in the pen. Completely disregard. The Pirates definitely have no pitch though ;). Sorry @arvcpa_MLBTS
