It is coinciding with the actual HRD X event….current one is Mexico City event starting tomorrow.
I do think it’s an odd series, same guys just padding them more and more. Collect them like Pokémon in expectation of some HRD collection, but they don’t register on any of my lineups….maybe team builds when I start doing that?

Took me a second to realize they were all from losing teams. Which kind of makes sense. Teams still playing have a chance to elevate themselves higher and make their cards better.
I assume SDS does not want the possibility of someone like Alverez or Harper earning cards in every round of the playoffs
Edman and the Pez, Cards have had a much better selection this year. Last year their selection got shat on

Im thinking they will get cards for each series they are in, they are just waiting until they are no longer in it to release them.

Yeah.they did play in the series and didnt get any for it, and if a player was great in multiple series the card will have both series on it.
I think they are doing this cause of what happened with Arozarena. -
