Another wrongful ban…

Pain…nothing but pain to see a 364 day ban for “cheating”. Never have I bought illegal stubs or cheated. Then after days I get told it’s for quite “harassment”. I was dumbstruck considering I always just quit if I’m playing a troll, but apparently the one single troll that I’ve messaged on this game, got me banned a year for harassment, when all I did was call out his racist created player name. That same troll then had his friends message me mid game, so please when was this dude ever a victim of harassment San Diego? This post deserves attention because this is such a weird ban and should scare a lot of people just how easy it is. I also believe that they’ve blocked my email.

That sucks man… I think it’s PlayStation that does the ban for language in a messaging thread though, not SDS. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Yep, you should have reported and moved on.
Nothing you say in a message to them is going to change their mind or attitude. They probably relish the attention and then as you have seen it gives them the power to mess with you more by reporting you.

Considering you can just turn off messaging, I don’t get why PSN would/should get involved in private communications. People want to say the craziest s***? Let them; it’s not public. You can engage them and have fun or just block them. I mean, if they ever listened to CoD audio chats, they’d lose half their audience (12 yo white kids who swear and say racist stuff because mom is busy watching the Kardashians)

I say Sony should ban all you online and DD players for like a month so you're forced to play Franchise and realize what actual simulated video game baseball is suppose to be. Most of you would prolly realize how to take a pitch and draw a walk, or bunt to move a runner up a base..maybe some of you will substitute a red bull for a latte.

I got a 5 year ban for stub transfers and I haven’t done any of that. And every time I email SDS they just tell me they can no longer help me with my situation and they’re sorry if this “inconveniences” me in anyway. They’ve gotta fix this. I paid for this game I want to play it or get my money back.
