Rizzo? Sds content is a joke this year

SDS has shown time and time again they will manipulate their own game to ignore real world stats and accomplishments.
They gave me 3 or 4 1st baseman for doing the AL Central and Prince Fielder for doing the NL Central. I think they can chill on the 1st baseman. Especially when he isn't deserving

I don't think the problems are necessarily the cards, more so people expecting end game cards out of the first PotM program.
The problem is the guy doesn't deserve it. They just did what suits them instead of actual real world events

If you were expecting higher rating for the very first player of the month then you were simply fooling yourself.
Every other April POTM lightning has been like a 95.

Yeah that topped off my day seeing the player drops. Then I opened a 20 pack for fun and got literally nothing over 25 stubs in value. Needless to say I closed down for the day lol

Who else would you give it to besides JRam and Arenado who we knew weren't going to get it this early in the year? There were a couple more options but noone that blew Rizzo out of the water as far as performance

Other players were better but looking at who was ahead of him based on WAR and what cards they currently have in the game. (ignoring pitchers)

RizzoAs far as WAR is concerned JP Crawford has a 1.2 and the other three had a 1.1 so it was close.
Two factors could have played in to their decision

- Rizzo was gong to have the best power ratings out of the three and SDS knows how much players want power

Pretty sure Lightning Buxton was a 92 or 93 last year for April. I also know Corbin Burnes was only a 93 for May. This is no different than any other year. The game will get plenty saturated with high diamonds as the year moves along. Just have some patience.

I never open packs on these types of days, I save them for a few days. I always feel like sds lowers pack odds on days when people will be earning alot of free packs. Probably just superstition

Spot on. We’ve got about 2 more months where you have to be a little strategic with the cards (god forbid you try out different ones)…cause once All Star break hits and they start dropping the 99’s that’s a wrap

The collective community complained that the LS collection reward was a SP, because you can only use him once every four or five games.
If the community wanted pitching. They should have shut their traps.

There are many reason rizzo is only a 92 but to me the main reason is the featured program. SDS has made it clear that the best cards in the game will come from the featured program. This is a result of the feedback this community all gave last year that went like this "these program bosses are an L they aren't better then anything I can get from TA"
Is all this an over correctly possibly but I think 2021 was boasted way to far the other way. We have returned to a more normally style of content that we saw in 19 and 20

i have no clue what you are on about here - i love my SP's , i hate Rizzo and useless 1b's - more of a cursory observation than a complaint

I love this program and how it's set up. PXP mission are great because I get to switch up my line up and put different players in there. Each and every game to are progressing in some way even if it's 11 points for an at bat.
Man I don't get this community at all the idea of DD is to grind to do mission and unlock stuff now that SDS has given us that no one likes it. Rizzo at 92 makes sense he has the power that this game needs to be successful online and yes is it another first basemen yep but guess what there is another 35 first basement set to be released this year at least and if my math is right 34 can't start.
Play the game grind the content get the card and move on to the next program

yeah man i hear you there is a LOTTTTT of complaining on this forum moreso than other years - i get why ppl think this game is garbage this year - at the same time i enjoy playing a tiny bit here and there - i have a new team compared to last year its been fun in micro doses
also so many guys whining about online - they don't even play RS or events but come from "online rated" LOL jesus the disconnect
