I've completed all the moments for stage 1 why is it not allowing me to advance to stage 2?? I've also collected the 5 Topps now cards even though it says 5/17??

Because it is a month long program. You need to wait until the next batch of Topps Now moments comes out. There is no way they can rush the POTM program when the season is barely a week old.
