The last one that says hunts can be quite event full, but I thought I already did that one

Google the requirements, but I think you either had to hit a HR in an event game or it might have just been win a random # of event games.

I believe it was 4 complete innings, HR was BR or something

It was 3, and the HR was in a BR yes.

Are your privacy settings on the console on or off? It is in Privacy settings under Data You Provide.

I got the email regarding the Scouting Pack today(first time this year), but no pack has appeared in my inventory.

Same for me - got the email but none of the packs for this year.
