My mistake... I was actually referring to (whatever you call that) feature that gives an audio summary after each game in Franchise Mode.
I believe that was Inside The Show and it was like a radio show.
FAQ says no.

How many territories did you have? You get 1 unit for every 3 so you probably had only 1-2.
