What worked for me is I changed icons in game to something else, back to the one I wanted, then log out and back into the website

I changed my icon in the game. It stayed that way for a few days and then reverted back. I need to go change it again.

If it is already the icon you want then you may need to change it to something else and then back.

I changed my icon and the banner in game, then refreshed account on the website.
