I enjoy the grind of gradually building my team almost more than actually playing the game, so I'm probably in the minority but I actually wish the buildup to good cards was even slower than it is. In my perfect world, non-live series diamonds wouldn't be a thing until at least a month into the game cycle.
I understand what you are saying, but I would argue that you have a choice if you want to progress your team slower or progress as fast as the cards come out.

Bad analogy. Diamonds are actually not that rare but have been assigned a value by those who buy and sell in them, hence why rubies and sapphires are more expensive, due to actual rarity.
You're welcome to come up with a better one. I spent 30 seconds mulling that one over, knew there were probably better anaologies but figure I still got my point across.

To be fair, they're also complaining that the cards they earned earlier in the game cycle are now becoming obsolete.

I'm torn. It is pretty crazy that there are so many amazing cards out this quickly. These 97+ '21 AS cards are very easy to obtain too. One thing I think would have been better for TA 3 would have been a tier base for each division that you have to take in an order such as a 96,97,98,99 overall for each division so not every person get 99 deGrom without putting in a little grinding for example. Anyone can get 30 TA points without any real effort.
On the other hand it does make it so overall there is more of a variety of different players on all the teams and every team you play doesn't have the exact same lineup by having so many high overall players. So in that aspect I like it.

I personally love the number of 99s were getting and the different types of card series! More people get to play with their favorite players with cards that will last the rest of the year.
My complaints in 18 were those immortals were the only viable cards in competitive, then finest came out and those two sets of cards were only usable for the games physics.

I pulled 4 Trouts this morning with my log in bonus, that was pretty cool. I accidently quick sold two of them, then I picked the same player 6 times from the TA 3 pack.
It's all good though, I went into a RS game against a guy with a 2-1,856 record. The computer gave him the win after he fouled off 86 curve balls in the dirt in a row, he then hit a sinker above his eyes 643 feet to dead center at polo grounds.
So I said screw it, flipped two silvers for 4 million stubs, and pulled a couple more Trouts.

I don't have a ticket for them to fix, I'm done with the game. It has nothing to do with a ticket. Look at the forums, look on twitter, the game is still a disaster. I can spend my time playing games that work

Yeah man, the Miles Morales has been a blast so far. I'm away for the week for work, but I'll be grinding it again this weekend.
I've done RDR 2 at least twice, it's still a go to. Ghost of Tsushima is fantastic, and new content is on the way.
After Spiderman is done, I'll finally try to finish The Last of Us 2. It lost me half way through, but I hear the ending sequence is a must.

Last of us 2 was an incredible game. The ending is superb.
