They need to minimize the PCI so that the only solution to make pitchers better isn’t just give them 154 MPH pitches. Like I dunno, maybe make movement matter by not allowing me to cover 60% of the plate without moving anything? The simplest solution isn’t always the best.

I took you two weeks to come up with this? #Tylersdecline

This is the only game I know of that you can't get better by practicing.
You can't work on hitting because it's a different outcome even if the input, timing and contact is the same.
How did I just go opposite field when I swung so early that it was in the yellow on the feedback?
That's a ridiculous statement.
Two things can be true at the same time. I haven't played a game of ranked in months. I'd get smoked if I played someone on HOF. But I could (I won't) go take BP for a night on Legend and then be much better. So yes, you can get better.
AND the rng in the game can still exist.
I can such and strike out a lot, or get better and make contact a lot. Then when I make contact, the rng does its thing.
But the more I make contact, the greater my chances of winning.

The homeruns from non pci swings still count, as do the perfects that go nowhere. Taking months off and needing a couple hours of BP isn’t “practice” or “getting better” that’s just warming up. When’s the last time you saw a good player grinding BP for hours and hours? When they take 3 months off…that’s it. You’d be better by now if you could get better. It’s been half a decade, it hasn’t happened.
Could just be me but I’m starting to get the impression you like to flip cards.
Just add a pxp, xp, and stub multiplier and lower it after every quit. Raise it back after a few full games. 12 iq type of stuff.
I’ll tell you a secret. Anyone with a record that good picks a chooses when they play to boost there record and look better than they are. For example the last week of the season when everyone who’s comp has already hit WS the 60-8 crew is out. I’m 19-1…I haven’t played a good player all year outside BR or Events lol.
I’d wager anyone with a 80-90% win rate in RS and less than 80 games has about a 50-60% win rate in events when you play random people good or bad, and not just hand picked opponents stuck in between 500-700 with a week left in the season.
Ego lifting at its finest. Just ask yourself why someone who is 45-5 wouldn’t want to actually make WS every season (way more games needed) and cash in on 150,000 stubs. They stop before they get there so the record stats intact.
Conquest sim speed means nothing. The entire mode is a complete waste of time, I don’t care how “fast” they are, the 34,521 territories I “conquered” are an irrelevant waste of time. Mini seasons should have directly taken over conquest but instead it’s updated every 6 weeks lol.
Content is extremely boring, they throw packs at you like crazy but none have any value so opening them is more boring than exciting. The program is nearly worthless with the amount of boosting going on leaving people with no real interest in finishing it anytime soon,
The single good thing is the sinker being an appropriate pitch again. Still extremely unbalanced compared to every other pitch but it’s a start. It’s completely nullified by the terrible fouls, leaving even worse gameplay.
The amount of cards is cool, but I’ve never considered that content, how we unlock them is and it’s the most stale it’s ever been
Yep… you still need to get lucky no matter how “eAsY SOmEOnE BeAt iT”…good swings don’t equal good results and sometimes the variance just kills the fun. It’s like opening 200 packs in a row without a Diamond. It’s very possible, even somewhat likely, but annoying.
The future star player that won’t amount to anything but is better than Nolan Ryan “no hit” me. I haven’t been “no hit” online since MLB 17 lmao.
Over 5 pitches should certainly be a thing for guys like Darvish. And with a guy like Cueto you should have multiple releases and timings to choose from. Short Medium and long Shimmy shakes. Just create more ways to make pitchers viable without giving them all 102mph pitches. The timing of Cuetos release is nice. Usually this guy is useless every year but he will have a month or two of being a top level pitcher for a change.

I thought 22 was pretty terrible. They’ll rely heavy on Tigers name this year I’m sure. Never enough courses or players these days in PGA games. You used to get tons, now you get like 8 with more available to purchase. You don’t even get most of the well known courses either.
You can’t tell and SDS won’t. So cool end edgy. The only one for sure is the PCI getting bigger because you can literally see it in the feedback. I’d wager it does far more.
+1000 moments is way the many moments.
Worst content year ever. Conquest moments showdown requirements multiple times a program. Couldn’t be less fun.. Lmao and of course comes the “I KinDA LiKe It CrEw”. Who like everything SDS ever does. Guys that say things like “before you all complain about Ozzie as a collection let me jump in a defence SDS before the complaint is even written”
The Cards should have way more legends considering the requirement for a Cards legend is to play somewhere else for 10 years.

Judge will and should win the MVP, IF Ohtani was in line to win a triple crown for Pitching then I would say Ohtani. Judge historic season deserves MVP. Judge is playing for a playoff team and the Angel just straight out suck with two of the best players in baseball.
Only reason Yankees are in playoff position is because of judge look at the rest of the team. Judge has almost half the teams HR and the only person hitting above .270 Yankees will fall in the Division series.
Lol the only reason the Yanks don’t look any better is because 4/5 teams in the ALE could make the playoffs. Almost all 5 teams are above .500 land the division as a whole is miles above lmao.
Houston plays losing records all year, The Os could probably even take them out if they get there. Whichever AL east team goes through is rolling over Houston and that borderline embarrassing division when time comes. Three teams with 80 loses vs a division with zero.
BuT thE OnLy ReAsO…. it’s noon go take a nap boomer.
It’s been this way since they started giving it away on Xbox. Pretty smart move tbh. Never outside the top 10 but probably the least played in the top 100.
Edit: 85th most played game on Playstation….

I have not had problems with the sims but I also use the best team possible for the SIMS. Then use the team I want to play the games. I take every stronghold over on Vet or R. I do not steal fans unless required. I do not steal fans unless required. I take empty spaces first. On the East Map I started by Blocking off Tor and the Yankees so they can not spread. then I went along the top toward Bos and Bal blocked them from spreading to the top. Then Blocked off Was going toward the Mets and took out the Mets first and then Phi Bos, Bal. I did Was and Atl last they had a lot of fans in some of there spaces but by the time I got to them It was easy I had 99 fans to take them out.
I never knew this was a thing!
Sim with one, team, play with another. Wow. Makes sense.Well not everyone knows everything about this game, obvious by this thread people are having issues when they sim, get over your self. have something to say that would help others.
Dude what you said is insane. You really think B grades Devs took into account starting lineups for conquest simulations? I can load up the worst possible team in the game and the simulations will be exactly the same.
Cano is better than 80% of the people mentioned. Pretty much just Gehrig and Brett beat him. But Brett is there because Donaldson is at third. Which puts Cano in a really weird position at second base because you don’t need to be edgy and different.
