@Teak2112_MLBTS 100% people complained and now years later SDS has truly gotten away from the very original and cool concept they started where every card you used was an actual topps baseball card from the year they were trying to represent with matching attributes.

Something about using an Aaron Judge rookie cards with attributes based on his rookie season against a Post Season Corey Kluber with attribute based on a playoff run was much more satisfying that completely made up scenarios in my opinion.

@Tylerslikewhoa_XBL because the best players constantly put them on Twitter where more eyes see it than this website. Why is it always the offline players with a 3-34 record who hits .142 that think this doesn’t exist? Why is it they can add quirks to players that literally read “performs better when team is trailing” and you still can’t comprehend how easy it is to apply that same thing to en entire team? And in on final question, what year have you ever had a winning record? You are too scared to even play online, all you do is wonder lmao.

The irony is that you hate DQ because you’ve sat around and played MS and conquest on rookie for over 5 years. Shockingly others have advanced passed conquering territories with an X button. The cards are 10k. Thousands of people are having no issue.

Lol there’s like a thousand things. It ever shows progress for player programs I haven’t unlocked yet. 2ks adjustable progress board would go along way. Hopefully in MLB 31 or something.

@urbanphilosophy_XBL people struggle with this mightily. Stuck in the loop of using cards they hate just to get cards they won’t use. That said the first collection isn’t far of man. 4/4 is just around the corner. So set collections are probably bigger than ever this year.

@LCS-Jumbo_XBL He will definitely jump back up. The best collection investments are usually cards that you can only earn one time like old BR silver and gold rewards from the BR program. The diamonds in quest are earn-able more than once but not a lot of people are going to keep playing it and a lot aren’t even going to do it because the mode is frustrating. It’s a perfect middle ground I’d say. Especially the hitters, the pitchers are probably being kept at a much higher rate than the hitters because they are just better for comp players.

It’s the worst Team Affinity of all time no question. Name one that was longer for less? This is the longest AND has the worst rewards ever. I’m all for splitting the divisions back to teams but forcing you to essentially do TA-TA4 in its entirety for a single finest come November is strange. I dunno though, you do get that one single choice pack right before Finest which should really help the pipeline collection come….November.

Every topps now card is playing as the LS version stats in Diamond Quest. So until SDS fixes it you can do one moment and unlock a “Diamond” Trout, Alvarez, Vlad Jr, Marte, and so on. Makes it so much easier.

The 85 Diamond isn’t all the hard to get too but in years passed that lead to “team epics” or something else. Both programs already have better rewards lol.

Then having AS and Finest behind a few month long grind without knowing who they are and most notably NO LEGEND possibility of any sort is verrrrrry weird, some teams are going to get literally zero diamond legends in team affinity…

The ONLY positive is 4 hours after AS and finest come out the best 9 players and 7 relievers wont take over everyone’s lineup immediately because people won’t have them all. The worst part is peoples favourite players will get traded and then they’ll have to start a few month grind for a different team…

This doesn’t make sense it’s if TAs purpose is to be the most rewarding way to get players from your team.

If that isn’t weird enough the devs at SDS are so bad the topps now from TA are playing at the LS card level, so if you go get Trout Marte Alvarez Vald Jr and any others you actually have Diamonds and not silvers. If you beat Diamond quest you get a Diamond topps now that is downgraded to a silver lol.

@Sarge1387_PSN EA play is awesome. A lot of games get boring after 10 hours. That’s all you need for quite a few. And more than enough to see if you wanna buy it.

Switching from achievements and stars to XP was the dumbest thing these Devs have ever done. It’s got exploited for two years straight and instead of admitting they made a mistake or fixing it they just decided to punish their most frequent users. Genius stuff.

Is it upsetting because when you factor in sleep and work it’s pretty much every 30 minutes for the last three months of your life just like this exact reply? I’ll never understand how offline players got tricked into playing UT and DD when you can just use whatever cards you want against whatever cards you want offline. Day 1. For free. Zero grinding. With Playoffs. And a World Series. Season awards. Trades. Prospects. Minor leagues.

These modes were designed to extract money from competitive online players who wanted super overpowered team yet you decided it was in your best interest to follow suit and grind out missions, showdowns you hate, and conquest maps that waste your time.

Truly brilliant and obviously the type of people that should be taken seriously when sharing ideas about content.
