Late on everything

I don’t know if it’s pitch speeds or the timing window but I’m late on everything. Most of the games I’m only tallying generally less than 5 hits on HOF and most games feel like they are really low scoring. I’ve never been as bad as I am this year. Now I’ve never been great but I normally hit around 280 or so. My Lifetime batting averages since 16 have been between 270 and 287 but this year I have to be batting like 250 or worse. I can normally make WS or at least high 800’s but this year I’m struggling to just stay above 700 because it feels like there’s no offense.
And yes before someone say get a monitor, I already have a 1ms monitor and my connection is wired. So it’s either game related or my brain just can’t compute with my eyes in time. Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated because I’m having an awful time playing right now.

The game does need hitting adjustments and that’s a fact. Waiting until the next patch and if it doesn’t address core game play issues and not just bugs it might be time to play something else.

For sure. Love the game. Don’t like the lack of any kind of acknowledgment or statements on things. Heck EA Sports does a better job of at least acknowledging what’s broke and what they are about to break even worse! Not knocking SDS because I’m new and maybe I’m in the wrong place to see it but yeah, I don’t see them saying much about anything really. Just a concerned customer/fan of the game not here to bash the company.

It feels like fastballs are getting on me way quicker since the last patch. I'm getting gassed up by 95 when I was a good bit early and had to be patient to wait before the patch

I gave up today. Uninstalled the game and I won't be back. I hope the game gets better for you guys, I simply can't deal with SDS anymore. They don't respond to tickets and the game has a ton of issues

This game is hard to play right now. Warped pitching speeds are a huge issue. A prominent east coast streamer sees these every once in a while. I see these non-stop. Not sure if these are server and/or connection issues but it is really bad.
I would normally be playing right now but after my last game today and a couple last night not really sure I am interested right now.

I won't uninstall but I got rid of google fiber tv and video games are my main source of entertainment. I would usually play baseball non-stop but now playing pubg when my people are on, also been watching a lot of movies. Past experience says game will get worse the less people that play which means the issue is probably the connection to opponents. Just a guess though.

Saying you're late on 95 mph fastballs could mean anything...do you mean 95 on Default pitch speeds or 95 on Max pitch speeds?..this varies a lot. A 95 mph on default pitch speed is basically an 80 mph curve ball on max pitch speeds.

Idk man. I've been playing this game faithfully since 2014 and I'm finally at my wits end with SDS.
I've got a PS5 and pub g plays great on there now. Waiting on battlefield 2042, hopefully that's good.For now I'll get back into Dead by daylight, PUBG and rainbow six

Got a group of people waiting on Battlefield. Yea, I hope it is good too. Definitely buying it.

I went from a C7 OLED to a monitor for response times. While things have been better I still don’t understand how on the swing it can say “Just Early” then before the next pitch it says I was “Very Early”, vice versa for late.
...So which is it SDS?

The response time on your OLED is definitely better than your monitor, I promise you that. The input lag on the other hand is probably better on your monitor.

95 online can be anywhere between 85 and 120. Will more than likely continue to be this way until they get better matchmaking or add ping indicators at the pitcher or lineup screens. Good or bad, I would like to know how my connection is.

Yeah so you're basically playing at an Arcade setting at default....I don't know how you guys could play online and DD games..its prolly so unrealistic and inconsistent with your super slow pitch speeds and outfielders and running speeds at an unrealistic setting with default.

Yea I dont get it. There are times when I feel like i need to just cheat fastball and if im way early on the other stuff its just too bad
