Does anyone know if the size of the tv will play differently with lag or anything. I am using a 65” tv and thinking of going to a 75”. I have a newer one already so it has game mode but didn’t know if the size matters at all.

No size wont matter. Just check the specs before hand if you are worried about that stuff. Also be sure you are checking 60hz numbers, because if the TV does 120Hz those numbers will be irrelevant to this game.

Size does matter. They’re just telling you that to make you feel better.

5 ms or under is what you want.

    Lol, different topic.

But on topic, what is 5ms for?

Input lag is gonna be around 9-10ms at the lowest at 60hz.

That’s what people say but my monitor is native at 8 and has a setting that takes it to 5 and there’s definitely a difference to me. But I’m certainly not an expert.

You are talking about something else dude. Most likely response time.

Nah pretty sure it input lag. I’ll have to check a bit later.

Its not lol. You can check though. I check this stuff 5 days a week on multiple TV's and Monitors.

If your monitor does less than 9-10ms input lag it has to be at a higher refresh rate than 60hz, like 120 or 144. But like I mentioned earlier, that is irrelevant for this game because this game cannot do more than 60FPS which means anything over 60Hz on a monitor or TV is wasted.

The setting that reduces input lag also syncs the input with the signal and displays the signal directly on the screen. Having it synced is probably more noticeable than the actual three milliseconds.

The 5 ms he is talking about is refresh rate at most likely 60 MHz and if you have 9-10 ms of input lag than you are in a really bad situation. Input lag should be no more than 3 ms and most gaming monitors (mine included) is less than 1ms

A simple Google search would teach you a lot. You are talking about response time. And refresh rates are measured in Hz not MHz

I would say that is true. I play on a 75 inch LG. Tried to play on my 360hz Asus and it just wasn't for me. Might have been a little faster, but it wasn't that noticeable if so.

What was tremendously noticeable, was the difference in the size of that batter's box. I can sit comfortably on the other side of the room, lean back in my gaming chair, and still pick up the pitch perfectly. Not so with the 24.5 Asus.
