Well you can't swing at every pitch on hall of fame the same way you can on all-star, your playing other 700ish players so pitching in predictable spots where guys completely miss them doesnt work either, I had a guy kept throwing fastballs in corner every 1 in 5 pitch so when i got 2 guys on base i sat on that high fastball what you know he throws it and im 3-0 up.

Op isn't necessarily wrong. Changing pitch speeds and having different timing windows is detriment to the game. I think lots of people get frustrated because they grind on veteran and play on hof or higher. It is extremely frustrating. They should just make universal pitch speeds and change the pci size. I think that will solve a lot of their hitting flukes too.

Pinpoint pitching is ruining the game, and the pitchers are just getting better and better with more control. Everything in this game is stacked against the hitter. PPP, not being able to check swing, pitcher confidence, Buxton in CF.

dont play online? theres plenty of offline content... I didn't think I'd be good enough to play online so i didn't until the 42 event which happened to be on hall of fame.. and yes it was a lot of games that were 1-0 or 2-0 or 2-1 etc... but i won about half of those... and I use pure analog because I haven't practiced with pinpoint yet. I still haven't tried the other online modes and the games still fun because there is plenty to do

My last few legend games my opponent and I have put up five plus runs. I think I’m a little above 1000 rank points.
If you take deep breath and keep playing or practice you will get better.

Much better than strike zone sized pci contact swings fouling off every pitch.
It does actually seem like pinpoint is easier on higher difficulty levels for some reason.

These guys are the reason there are strike zone sized pci’s and it’s impossible to strike anyone out on all star.

Like i said i dont care about losing but when this game isnt fun to 90% of player because they reach HOF and now are stuck there ... its a problem, only really good player can hit at these level why the F should we even make it there in the first place

We live in an instant gratification society now..these noobs want to be amazing without putting in the work to get better so they simply just come on here and complain and cry that they can't hit because the game is unfair to them.
