Boy oh boy were the Red Sox faithful riding the fan base of the Astros.

First the apple watch, now today's news.

Next time, the people in Boston should handle their own business and learn to keep their traps shut.

Never thought I'd say this as a Giants fan, but I honestly feel bad for the Dodgers about this. I mean, two years in a row?

I mean, aren't you a hypocrite to then? Can't really blame them for riding you if you're going to ride them no?

And I have no love towards the Red Sox, being beat in the 2004 and 2013 World Series makes me hate them almost as much as the Yankees.

I'm not calling out all Red Sox fans or their fanbase. I'm not calling their fans cheaters too or thinking less of them for rooting for cheaters. I'm calling out the loudmouth yappers specific to TSN that attacked myself and other Astros fans to the point where they almost accused me of being the cameraman.

That's not hypocrisy. I am polite, respectful and also an Astros fan. Each game of the world series,, I hosted a great discussion and banter between fan bases.

TSN Red Sox Nation was relentless post World Series and trash cans. Time for those who know who they are, to look in the mirror and enjoy that crow. It tastes pretty good. I've had it myself.

I understand the feeling, and I remember those threads you did have great discussions and were very polite. I'm not attacking you.
The point still remains that you criticize those people, yet are doing the same thing yourself.
I wouldn't call this thread polite nor respectful. Is it as bad as it could have been? Nowhere close, but let's call it what it is, you are doing to them exactly what they did to you. (Not to the level they did, but that's not the point)
Do they deserve it? Probably, but the act is still hypocritical.

We can agree to disagree on the use of hypocritical.

Again, there is inconsistency in that statement, they weren't "blindly" attacking, they were targetting you when they said the things they did. So both they and you weren't blindly attacking

Like, it's ok to admit the hypocrisy, it doesn't make you a bad person, I'd probably be doing the same thing you are.

I disagree there. Most of the people were bashing all Astros fans. I in turn will not come back with a "na na" type response, because just as I said when the Astros stuff came out, this isnt were it ends. There have been many fingers pointed in many different directions, and some of it will come to light as true, some will not and they will get away with it, some will be wrongfully accused. But as I said a couple Months ago. All teams that are competing for that top spot know all the tricks. To think just one or 2 teams are the only ones bending or breaking rules to get ahead would be very ignorant. But then again back when the whole steroids thing was going on it was similar. Until many stories and that book came out years later.

Main thing is MLB just move on and do what they need to to prevent this stuff. From what it sounds like they have something interesting that they are looking into. Ironically enough it is using technology to avoid technology sign stealing.

Ok, so these statements aren't bashing all Boston fans?
"Boy oh boy were the Red Sox faithful riding the fan base of the Astros.
"Next time, the people in Boston should handle their own business and learn to keep their traps shut."
No mention of the Red Sox on this forum in his first comment. Only "the peope of Boston" Like I said, if I were in his shoes, I'd be doing the same thing. It still doesn't change the hypocrisy part.

    Agreed.

I actually wish that they would just start using mics and earpieces between the catcher and the pitcher and eliminate this whole hand-signaling nonsense.

Is this really that surprising though? I mean, Cora was the bench coach for the stros. It shouldn’t take away from how dominant those teams were but it wouldn’t shock me if the Yankees, stros, Sox, and others all got named for cheating

Only thing worse then a Red Sox's fan is an Asstros fan but that's been known since the Nolan Ryan was on the Asstros.

If this was from anyone else I would be offended. But coming from you I am guessing I should just read it as opposite meaning. Based on previous posts.
