I have submitted 10 tickets in 3 weeks about an Adley Rutshman card and now a 10 pack reward. Haven't heard anything from any of them. They have the worst support I've ever seen. I should have known that no company without a support line to call was shady and second rate. My brother was going to buy the game yesterday and I talked him out of it because of this.

I just think it's just a big backlog of tickets to be honest. Could possibly be another month on some of the issues. Unfortunately, but they hafta sort out liars and truth. So prolly checking history of every account.

You can’t buy the card it’s not able to be sold, that’s what makes this issue even more frustrating. Lost my Bo Bichet been waiting since 4/28 for a response from SDS.

Update: Still nothing and I've sent a follow up email to no avail
can't get Jackie if I can't get my Sixto back. I have video proof of this card being in my rotation. Infact, I even have stats I can provide which wouldn't be possible if I didn't have the card... Please someone help me it's been over a calendar month now...

I still don't have this back and have made MULTIPLE follow ups. Please can someone help me?? There's no way I can get Jackie without Sixto and he dissapeared back when Burned came out and I replaced him in my rotation.
I understand having a high volume but this has been a LONG time. Can someone respond please? @Victor_SDS_PSN
