Fix the awful animated player profile pics that show up on the jumbotron and menu screens and just use the players actual photograph, regardless of the hat being different. It looks much cleaner then half animations and half real pictures. Send somebody to the Minors, they'll come back with an animated picture, it used to be you trade for somebody previously on the team in their career, the game would find the players profile from the database and display their old photo. They just removed all of this.
RTTS got significantly worse, they clearly abandoned this game mode. Their is so much cool stuff they can do too it's a shame. Madden 06 on the ps2 was a great example I wish sports games would follow. It starts out with randomized parents with back stories. It also included the ability to hire an agent, the more skilled agents will only represent established players. You could take a trip to the barber shop, the tattoo palor, and the practice field. Imagen they actually tried to implement these features in a sports game in 2021. Give me a reason to earn a contract in RTTS. Have my characters hair grow and need to be cut. Show physical gains after workout. Give my player the opportunity to act in a movie to earn popularity, also from madden 06 ps2. I want to have actual conversations with players on my team, another feature that was removed rather than developed. This RTTS is clearly unfinished, you can tell when training for drag bunting and other fielding traits.
I wonder how difficult it was to implement two way players. I mean in the show 20 you could make any player a two way player essentially. Just put Ohtani in the outfield from the starting pitching position. Thanks a lot for that fix SDS, smh.
MTO made some improvements but they don't update the rosters making the experience pretty dull at this point in the season. I find it really idiotic that I can't choose which prospects I want to develop. It isn't even based on team need its just random with players who are clearly not mlb ready. If they want to make players injured then make them injured and don't just put them in triple A, what kind of lazy garbage is that.
I really love this game and I'm tries of getting a heated up pile. I just want to see this game reach its full potential.

Absolutely every single line of coding that moves the effn pci GONE.
Asinine. Early and late in no way means on top of or underneath the dang ball️
I'm sure only close to half the players have noticed the moving of the pci on good timing swings.....again. -
It would be grand if in RTTS for my idiot gm to stop allowing the the entire prospect pool I'm teammates with just casually waltz into free agency.
-
The ability to create and edit managers and coaches. Maybe add more coaches like a bench coach or assistant hitting coach.
-
They need a good competitor being banned for no reason then not fixing the game I mean I really hope people won’t buy next years game and will stop playing this one. SDS are TRASH

Fixed the 26 man roster

I hope that they generally fix issues involving tracking for road to the show. It's still not working for a very small amount of players. I wish they would change road to the show when it comes to your interactions with your manager, agent and GM. They are randomly set date and pretty limited options. I think you only get to talk to your agent twice a year or something like that. A mechanic that I think would solve this issue is by having an option in relationships to talk with your manager or agent at anytime of the season. It really generic that you only get to talk to your manager for xp boosts. Many reasons that I think a lot of players would want this feature is because as a two way player in MLB 21 you can only switch your position within the first month of your career or if there is a superstar at your position and the organization asks if you want to be traded or switch to a position that you don't even get to chose. In older games your manager would ask you once a year and you could switch to your secondary position which you could change at anytime of your career in the general info of your player. With the freedom to ask at any time to be traded or switch positions would help implement what the devs were trying to do with class system even more.
I think this will make fans happier. Part of being a two way player that I like is you can one man army your team to making the playoffs. With the ability to change positions on a dime you can boost your teams lineup at the position with the weakest hitter or fill in for a good player who got injured. Being a utility two-way player would give the player more power to control how well his team does. Also I failed to mention earlier, but you should be able to discuss your role as a two way player to your manager. Also if you pick that you want to be just a position player or pitcher you should be able to change your position.
The last thing that I think would help road to the show for replay value is once your character is at 99 and you start a new road to the show they should let you participate in spring training. Taking your time in the minor leagues is a realistic part of a baseball player's career, but being 99 overall and raking in the minor till the early August is a little annoying. With this feature, players will be able to play with the current roster a little bit before the CPU makes trades. Also adding some more story elements would be great, but I believe features like this would help.
The last thing that I would like to add is a face of the franchise feature. If you are a super star for your team you should be able to talk to your GM about making moves to help your team. I not saying full control of your team decisions, but a system that allows you to give your input to the GM that can influence trade decisions or free agent signings would be a nice feature. For example, being able to talk to the GM like "hey we need to find a better first baseman" or something like that would be cool.

Better field management on RTTS. When I have a hitting streak in double digits my manager benches me, but then brings me in to pinch hit in the 8th inning of a game we are trailing by 9 runs in? How about if I am not in the starting lineup being brought in as a defensive replacement late in game, or a double switch, or more realistically, other than Dusty Baker, who the heck benches a guy with a 10 game hitting streak?
If I need to be benched due to stamina (which I am in the upper 80's in) then give me the dang game off already.

I would like to have an upgrade in Rtts. Maybe I can take over Mike trouts career from where he is now and continue his career. Also domes in stadium creator. Would also like to make custom hair styles or colors for my CAP. In DD I would like something like Ranked Season but put into casual mode. Maybe like the rateings but the rewards are not as good. Also would be just fun to have more legends and flashbacks even if they are bronzes silvers and commons. Also every thing that they took out
-
i want rainouts, doubleheaders and all missing throwback jerseys added for example the 1967 white sox home jersey or the 1995 orioles road jersey added to finish all the throwbacks for each team.
-
Revamped commentary. I am so sick of hearing how every guy is known for sinker changeup combination. I know they are, I play DD.
-
BALKS ON in online ranked platform ... to hopefully stop the QUICK PITCHIN
-
Hey to hell with all the Rest just get the dang Basics right first.

-
In franchise, more options when your contract is up. You only get high budget teams and there are only 4 choices. Some times I want the challenge of low budget teams. Give me more than just 4 choices.
-
Also in franchise, carry over minor league stats. It would be helpful to see players stats in previous seasons.
-
Option to change positions in RTTS. Maybe I start out in left field but want to switch to right field or second base. It would be cool if the team came to you asking to move to help the team (like they want to sign a player at your position).
-
Play in in All Star game as both pitcher and position player.
-
In Franchise, ability to improve budget (like in the past). We used to be able “buy” millions to improve our budget with stubs.
-
Agent calls more often in RTTS.
-
Rumor mill in both Franchise and RTTS. If you heard a rival was looking to make a trade deadline deal and you could counter it.
-
Franchise, know which players will be Rule 5 picks before the season was over. You could trade them away instead of possibly losing them.
-
-
A NEW DEVELOPER!
-
For starters, SEPARATE RTTS AND DD ENTIRELY!!!

a way to recover usernames on The Show account
