I have gotten 3 so far. Got two about 2 hours into the stream and 1 more about an hour later.
So maybe they are doing 1 per hour watched?

You don’t have to listen, just turn the volume down and let it play

Plus every 45 seconds they blow out my speakers by yelling "ohhhhh "

No kidding, it goes from dead silent and barely being able to hear them, to “holy [censored] I need to turn the volume down NOW”
