Yes. On twitch you can check inventory as well and see them there.

I have gotten 3 so far. Got two about 2 hours into the stream and 1 more about an hour later.
So maybe they are doing 1 per hour watched?

Plus every 45 seconds they blow out my speakers by yelling "ohhhhh "

I did the same. I asked when the last drop was and I got one like a minute later haha
