I dont have anything in my inventory. I attended 4 streams so far. Is there a contact to remedy this?

Watched every stream but the tourney. Have notification that I received 7 packs. Still havent received my packs. Support has bren contacted and I submitted a bug.
Would appreciate my packs before reg launch Tues, since the market may die down after that.
