So what happened today? Hundreds are complaining (including myself) that we didn't get any notification again.

I’ve never received a notification on twitch or the show website, saying I had packs waiting in 2020, where are you guys seeing these?
I am connected and I’ve watched every stream on Twitch, so I may just be looking in the wrong place.

If you go to Twitch and log in then you can click the notification bell in the upper right, click on any drop notification and you should be taken to a list of your drops (although it does not list days you received them).
That said the Stream on the 27th did not have drops but they said that we would get them. Today's stream also did not have drops.

Thanks for the info. That’s so weird though. I have notifications turned on and I’ve never received one, even this past year, saying anything about having drops waiting for me. I even just logged out and then back in. I’ll just hope they are there when the games downloaded I guess.

Well, it may be obvious but you have to link your Twitch and Sony accounts so that they know who to give them to. That is done on this site through your profile page.

I have done that before actually. The accounts are linked, I even received all drops in 19. It’s just the notifications for 20 aren’t showing up. It’s odd. Thanks for the help though!
