If anyone is worthy of a second cover it is Judge. It's been 8 years after all. Maybe now we can skip all of the Bonds speculation.

Personally, I think you are reading too much in to it. It is simply showing Judge's teams. It shows the location of Judge's High School, His college jersey and then his MLB and WBC teams.

I would not bet on it. I think people are reading way too much into the cover in my opinion.
Judge went to High School where the cover has a mark. He was on the Bulldogs in College. It shows MLB on the same plane as his 99 Yankees Jersey. It shows a Team USA jersey on the same plane as the WBC icon.
I think it is all about Judge and not the content inside. Since when has SDS ever teased features on the cover?

Did they kinda confirm Fresno State as a new college available in RTTS? I'm not surr that they can use the image of the jersey without securing licensing, but I'm no lawyer.

last time they had it only in DD and it was one of the most fun DD programs ever. But yes, it would be better if it's an offline mode.
