At 100 per exchange, you're right.
Or, like you posted a while ago about earning billions of stubs by pulling packs with all Judges, use that windfall to buy 5 Milestone Chippers for 2,500,000. Exchange those and you will have saved yourself valuable time instead of exchanging 5,000 commons. Work smart, not hard.
