500,000 in exchanges needed.
That's only like 500 plus commons and bronzes.
It's not like there isn't an easy way to add them all to the exchange at once...

5,000 commons @ 5 stubs each = 25,000 stubs (quicksell value)
There are 40 cards with an OVR 99 you can buy cheaper than that. In fact you could get 99 Jorge Soler, Eugenio Suarez, and Shane Bieber all three for under 25,000 total.
So unless you already have everyone or just really want this player then it seems like quick selling those cards and buying what you want or need is the smarter play. If I had that many to sell then I could maybe buy some of the Moonshot cards to get closer to Collecting Ozzie.
As much as I dread spending enormous amounts of time selling or quick selling all of my dupes (SDS really needs to make this process easier) maybe I should do that this afternoon to just see where I stand. Maybe Ozzie is not as out of reach as I thought.

Oh my god. The amount of time I just spent quick selling all 1107 duplicate commons was mind numbing. They have to come up with a better method.

It literally took me all afternoon to go through my live series and, mostly, quick sell the duplicates.
I started out at
264,062
269,597 after selling 1,107 commons
291,647 after selling 882 Bronzes
318,572 after selling Silvers
433,628 after selling Golds
521,976 After selling DiamondsI got helped on the diamonds by a duplicate Cal Raleigh card which I sold on the Market. I also have a Pete Crow-Armnstrong listed on the market now and if that sells I should be up to around 540K.
Next go through my non-live cards and see what I have to sell. I know I got some duplicate New Threads 2.0 cards from my Mini Seasons run.
