Yes, way worse than people's money being stolen, or when servers were down for over 24 hours, or when walking someone initiated a freeze-off.
Not able to play for 5 hours on a random Thursday morning is tragic.

That is probably the correct answer.
I will take exception with No man's Sky though. I played it at release and while it did not live up to the hype and the features were not all that they were excepted to be it was a functional and playable game at launch.

You can't tell what era of gaming people in this forum grew up in. I remember an age when a game was released and it had a bug it was there FOREVER.
One of my all time favorite games No Mercy has a data wiping bug all progress gone and never to be fixed.
