Digital Deluxe Add On Not Working

Curious to see if anyone else is having this issue.

Xbox keeps saying too early to play despite owning the Deluxe Add On. I have troubleshooted by restarting and updating my Xbox. Also deleting saved data off the game and restarting as well. I purchased the add on March 8th and got it refunded and then repurchased again today and that did not fix the issue either.

Sucks to have paid money for early access and now I have lost 2+ days of that privilege.

I have submitted a ticket to SDS, but was curious if anyone else was having this issue.

Just curious, have you reached out to XB support? There's not much we can do here if XB doesn't recognize your account has the entitlement.

Did you install the game via game pass. The entitlement does not actually install anything but just gives you the bonuses and unlocks the game pass version to play early.

Mine worked. Just didnt get S1 welcome pack with the captain card.

@UrbanCyclone did you end up being able to fix the issue my game is having the same problem with the game pass upgrade

@ChuckCLC5755 go into DD do the walk through log out go back to DD then hit the x button a few times should get it
