The players don’t have names on their jersey. Certain names show up as BLANK on the scoreboard and in-game graphics.
Just use the name of the player and put the nickname on the card art. K.I.S.S.!
The way they’ve executed it is just awful.
Why is it always that someone who disagrees is a shill? Some of you guys act like SDS is an ex who cheated on you with your dad. They are nicknames. If that is really what’s bothering you in this life, congrats…you’re doin alright.
That said- who ever thought of Kestdaddy as a nickname is either hilarious or really dumb. I can’t decide.

Dude don’t listen to him. He’s a complainer same with the OP. To be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if it was the same guy on 2 accounts. They are always in each others posts agreeing with the complaining the other is doing.

Bobby Valentine’s mustache and glasses was incognito.
And maybe there would be fewer complaints if this move didn’t just flat out break stuff in the game.

This games pure trash. Face the same 99 pitchers every single game and all runs are scored on home runs. Dumbest version of the game I’ve ever played by far and never buying another one unless they change this [censored]. Playing a home run derby against the same cards every game gets really boring really fast

Just played an Event game and every single one of my opponent's players were Incognito cards.
Now I don't mind them using the "shiny new toys". But when I'm hitting, or pitching, against someone; I like to know whom I'm facing. I don't want to face Titz McGee, Dudley Dooright, Richard Cranium, or even Seymour Butts.
Especially playing online. That being said; I'm done with online play for the year. I'll continue to play vs the CPU; as I have to much time, and money, invested into this game to just walk away.
But if this game doesn't revert back to a baseball game and not a cartoon; this will be my last season.
Next thing you know they'll end up putting trap door and springboards on the field.
Such a shame that this title doesn't have any competition.

It is a cheap and easy way to dismiss someone else's opinion. They don't realize that it has become cliché and shows a lack of imagination and a failure to actually engage in reasonable discussions.
As far as this topic goes....
I am not the biggest fan of the nicknames, mainly because I don't know, nor have I even heard of like 95% of them. That said, it does not ruin the game for me.
Oh and the fact that you can't even search for them on the marketplace by their real names.

Assuming a new identity doesn’t mean having someone call you your NICKNAME.
Nicknames are about as UN-incognito as you can get.
Regardless of the very loose take on the whole “incognito” theme…the execution is still terrible.

Because you guys don’t even take breaks for holidays. I’ve seen it on Christmas Day and for hours. Wouldn’t want that Grama money going somewhere else we need them out in full force.
You have no idea how lucky you are you didn’t play when we had souvenirs…woulda been working 16 hours days on here like Arva and Dolenz but they get paid and you just want internet friends. But hey, if all your missing is friendship you are doing alright
