Just glad to see some actual progress in prospect generation, scouting, and drafting...might have swung me to a purchase this year.

And their solution to the broken mode wasn't fixing it,but doing away with it.
they might consider bringing it back, but it's only the same 25 or so ppl ever asking for it. -

I did like what I saw with draft and prospect generation. Would be a lot of fun. However still so many problems with franchise that have not been fixed in years. I hope this is just another step and we see more overhauls like this next year.

Even if it did work as you wanted the mode would probably still trail DD, RTTS and Franchise by a pretty large margin as far as engagement..

I know god forbid they actually had to tweak their legacy coding from the PS2 and actually include new things

- Overall presentation: There were some good stuff. I do not like the outside-stadiums very much, but that is just my taste
- Commentary: Hopefully there is a LOT of improvement in variation. I hope, you took that „Jacob de Grom came up as a High-School Shortstop“ in EVERY eff… game
- Franchise: To me, that sounded pretty good. I do not play that mode

) ?I'm okay with the changes they did make to scouting and prospects. Although it seems a bit complicated, looks like something new to learn, which is fine by me. As far as online franchise goes I have no idea how they could possibly make that work. Do you have to have a bunch of guys sitting around online at the same time? But if I actually cared about the online component I would just play DD.

I haven’t played franchise in years and it used to be my main mode. I think I’m gonna give it a shot this year with the new additions. Nothing gamebreaking or crazy over the top but enough little changes that I think they hopefully might start making the mode good again.

i would love a commentary pack... if anyone ever played fifa 10-13 they had commentary packs in French, German, Spanish, etc.... maybe 6 or 8 languages. It would be amazing if the commentary was more in depth like in NBA 2k more of a story of the game not just the same lines youll here playing daily 4 months into the game when you have all lines memorized. Also commentary from players or guests or someone different maybe ?
I would love to see rainouts in game.. this was done in mlb 2k8, youll play in the rain and like real life its gets worse or better, and the umps would call the game. If after 5th its offical, if before you have a DH during the season. Something like this so small would be so amazing in franchsie. You play a game the has playoff outcomes, and can change your season.

Do we have any new if custom leagues game mode.. or any league game mode is evenin the game.. review sites list custom practice as a game mode.. but dont mention custom leagues

While I am in the majority in requesting a full Franchise mode refresh. I am excited to see the storylines mode and hope it continues in future MLB games. There are so many storylines to be told from Griffey to Jeter or final season legends like Pujols & Yadi last year to Miggy & Wainwright this season. A WWE 2K like showcase mode would be really awesome to see continue especially with the addition of the World Baseball Classic and would help fans old and new learn about specific legends, teams or eras of baseball in general. @CBrev47_MLBTS @Pat_SDS_MLBTS
