️Yes some guys should never leave the game I understand they have to renegotiate but make it a point to do that before the end of the previous game cycle. All time greats should be in there year after year. So in the next few years we will probably loose Babe, Honus and Lou. Honus was reintroduced in 2019. I remember before DD they had most of the guys that they are bring back in the game on the golden era teams. Satchel was in the pen, DiMaggio was a bench bat.

This has been about as unexciting as possible this far. I would rather have the former players they stopped paying the rights on return than these…cough cough “legends” they are revealing ( Cobb, Hornsby, Ted Williams, etc…)

Not very exciting releases. Don't think there are many if any I would really want.

Since I skipped last year's game, I'll be getting a double dose of new legends when I buy this year. I'm pretty excited about playing with some of the new names that I missed out on in 22.

Jered WeaverNot saying that these are all prime HOFers or anything, but just think that the legends pool they introduced in 22 had more appeal and recognition than what they have revealed so far outside of Jeter.
There are surely some bigger names to come, but hard to deny that last year was pretty solid when it came to the balance of HOF caliber/fun personality with the new legends they rolled out. Not getting that vibe so far.

Joe DiMaggio,Ted Williams, Sandy Koufax, and Ty Cobb need to be in this game.How about more catchers? Thurman Munson, Roy Campanella, Yogi Berra, and Buster Bosey.
Other than Jeter, new players have been worse than “mid”.

Well,we got Jeter.unfortunately it looks like in getting Jeter we don't get anyone else.That's the thing though it's not like guys like Swisher or Dontrelle are these elite immortal players who defined their generation, but they were fun players and personalities. The current additions are just so bland. No sizzle at all with these names.

No known steroid users (I have no problem with them in the game but those are some of the obvious ones).

They can’t have already been in the game as a legend (I.e. no Rogers Hornsby, Adrian Beltre is ok).
Correct me if I’m wrong because I don’t know who has all been in the show as a legend before.

I can't control myself and limit it to three, but this is my list. Going to exclude people like Bonds/Clemens/McGwire because we all want those guys in the game. These are just some fun names that I feel would be worthy additions who have either never been in The Show or at least haven't been in the game in quite some time.

Lance Berkman, Ken Caminiti, and Ruben Sierra. All switch hitters and potential fun additions. I have no plans to buy 23 as I'm still stuck on 21 and haven't even installed the premium edition 22 I pre ordered, but if they put Caminiti or Berkman in 23 they get my money that same day and I may finally throw in the towel on 21.

Additionally an all Blue Jays OF of Jorge Bell, Lloyd Moseby, and Jesse Barfield could be fun. I remember watching those guys back when and it was good times.
