The Nuremburg trials were a bad deal.

Do people think Russ is washed?
If so, it's because he has to keep Ciara 'happy,' if you known what I mean 🤪

Nathaniel Hackett or the offensive coordinator are as bad or worse than Russ. How are you gonna have a mobile qb like Russ and not line up heavy and run or do a PA roll out on a fourth and 1? No to mention they were bashing Indy on the ground. How are you gonna snap it back four yards and throw it into a crowded [censored] end zone?

He just needs help, a phobia of the endzone is nothing to laugh at.

Depends on how you look at injuries. If you sign a guy and he is constantly injured is that his fault? There has to be some fault on the club based on someones past injuries history. Byant can still play, I think, but even in Chicago the injuries were a concern. You dont deal a talented player like that to SF for scraps if you dont know some inside info. Then SF who has tons of cash does not resign him also raises a red flag. However, I think Russ will eventually prove to be the worst deal. Especially if he cant play. He always wanted to blame the offensive line or the playcalling but they guy can not complete a pass. I guess he needs more time but if he indeed is washed up, Seatle made one of the best deals ever, outside the Rams when they took every draft pick from Wash so they could get RG3. Russ also becomes the worst deal because you need a QB for your team to be successful. The bad Qb can take a SB contender to a team with a losing record. So Qb is definely the most imporatnat position on a football team.
The Rockies can still be ok without Bryant whether he plays OF or 3b as the weight of the team is carried by many more players.

As far as money is concerned and whether your franchise can "fix" the problem by getting another player within their budget I think the worse deal is the one where the player is NOT injured and is just playing poorly and/or washed. If the player is injured then the team is still recouping some of its money via the insurance they take out on all of these contracts.

Russ is just straight up weird.

Very weird, I thought he was dumb for making a wife out of a known hip hop industry garden utensil

Jamarcus Russell and Chris Davis we’re pretty bad signings I guess I shouldn’t say Russell because he was a rookie but he was the number 1 overall pick.

Allan Houston signing was one of the worst due to the fact that the NBA made a rule in the new CBA because of him.

I'm a Broncos and Cubs fan and I can tell you Kris Bryant was done way before he left Chicago but yet the Rockies as usual made a colossal error in judgement but it is only a bad contract that really means nothing because they are never relevant.
The Russell Wilson situation is much worse because of the committed money, draft picks, and players given up. Not to mention a first year head coach who is already proven to be in way over his head and a top three defense that is absolutely being wasted.
I hope Hackett is run out of town sooner than later and Denver finds a way out of the Wilson situation, it's a mess from top to bottom.

He signed a multi year deal didnt he.he still has lots of time to live up to it.

a bad deal were the deals the phils made with morton (i forget the other one) and they got season ending injuries in april
or the 2 year 20+ million with robertson and he tore he ucl 3 weeks in and pitched less than 20 innings for it.
Those are bad deals, you're jumping the gun on bryant.

Look at the big A nest to my name. I sure you can name some really bad deals. Do you remember Josh Hamilton? He did crud for the Angels then went back to Texas and learned how to hit again. This time very rich. I think Pujols was worth it but Rendon and Upton...

I think Russell Wilson is one of the most overrated NFL players of all time tbh. He gets all the credit for the superbowl they won 43-6. That was all the defense doing that to Peyton Manning. Bryant being injured doesn't make it a bad deal. Chris Davis, Miguel Cabrera, and Albert Pujols' Angels contract were bad deals. Prince Fielder, Bobby Bonilla, bad deals. The Braves are still paying Bruce Sutter, lol. Give Bryant some time

Sorry, but as a Cub fan I was totally ok with him being traded. 2016 appears to be his peak, and after leveling off for a couple years has been in a solid decline. I doubt very much the Rockies get a good return on that deal.

I think the big difference with Hamilton was he was finally off the drugs during that stretch in Texas. While I don't doubt he could get them anywhere he wanted to, being in a city like LA is just not a good idea for someone with an addiction.

Sometimes I wonder just what he might have accomplished if he had never tried drugs.
