Breakout Felipe Vazquez/Veteran Ty Cobb

I'm trying to complete my card collection and can't find these guys anywhere; anyone know how to get them?
Are they No-Sell cards? Are there places outside Team Affinity and Moments that reward these cards?

i faced a guy who used his LS card in a ranked game. he brought him in, probably thinking that A) good cheap Lefty that throws hard and i could use him, or B)HAHAHAHAHA Wouldn't it be hilarious if i used this card that will get people so mad!
blasted 3 runs off him and he rage quit after the next half inning. Made CS after that game.
moral of the story...don't use that evil person.

People that already finished the Pirates TA have to email support to get it swapped for Gerrit Cole. Otherwise, those that have BO Vazquez can still use him.
