Your thoughts on a 2-week program
-
So, this upcoming 2-week program has me thinking about different ways to complete it. Last year and up to the Spring-Cleaning program, I finished them all. Yes, I'm a maniac. But I think I have to re-think this one. I'll be traveling for work for a good portion of the 2 weeks. I still have a lot of XP's left in my current RTTS program (Power - in Bronze phase right now). Maybe I'll just focus on that.
Does the 2-week program alter your thinking at all? Just curious.
-
I cannot relate because I am not travelling for work.
-
As long as I’m able to get Roy I’ll be happy. But I’ll be working all but 2 days the next two weeks. I’ll hold off on bashing until I see how many points are needed and how quickly it’s attainable. That said, I’m hoping I don’t miss out.
-
Im worried about it, but its because I have to have surgery and will be away from my machine for about half of it....the good news is that I will be free all day the second week to grind most of it out....that is if I feel like it
-
A Two Week Program over Memorial Day Weekend? Kinda Lame. Can't play the show on the boat!
-
If it's 2 weeks and still 750k that's mental. So we'll just have to wait and see. My thinking is that it'll just be half the size of a full program, not the same size with half the time.
-
I don't like it, but a key to selling is creating urgency, so I can see why they're doing it. I've already made peace with the idea that I won't get the big rewards.

I know SDS has gotten a lot of hate for some decisions they've made this year but there is absolutely NO WAY this program will be even close to 750K. Im guessing a 2 week program will probably be around 250-300K.
-
I like it.
-
Just remember; if it's only two weeks; chances are the last week will be Double XP.
-
I only ever focus on the bosses so I don't have to "finish" the program. Never understood those who push themselves to get to the very end every single time. I mean if you do so with your normal playing routine and schedule then fantastic, but some seem to really stress about it.
-
People that think getting to the end of the program XP path is finishing it are wacky; getting the boss is "finishing" it, everything after is just small bonuses for playing! They should just make every program have never-ending (repeatable) XP rewards so people stop complaining about not being able to finish it, and then complaining about having nothing to do when they do...
-
I can't imagine Halladay will be all that far into the program anyway. The spring cleanup was extremely easy to get to the second boss pack, well not easy per se but there was a whole lot more after the second pack XP wise than before
-
Yeah, I imagine Halladay will be about halfway like the bosses were last year. I don't mind a quick program especially since I'm pretty sure everything will be within reach.
I won't be able to "finish" this spring cleanup XP path and whoever said I shouldn't stress about it @Dolenz_PSN I believe my fellow red bird. You're right. I'll play for a while tonight and pick up a few more cards but realistically there is no way I'm gonna get 130k XP tonight. But I got the bosses, the big dog packs and made it to 620K....so I did alright.
I think if the final reward was some type of good choice pack, it would behoove you to finish. But 20x show packs....I could just jam through the mystery map 4X and get the same thing.
It's all about the quality of rewards.
My guess is the final reward in this new Phillies themed program will be a Always Intense Pack.

Yep, the goal is boss, the rest is just so your XP isn't wasted. Like it is for me right now, but that's entirely my fault for playing too much.

Exactly. So what's everyone all worried about?

How can anyone answer that when we haven't seen what the program entails?

If this is what worries you in life then I would say you are doing pretty well pal.
