I’d like to understand how it works; been banned twice in 2 weeks, and still trying to understand what’s the deal. Went over ToS and my posts, and can’t seem to find a reason. Insults? Circumventing censored words? Nope; I’ve seen plenty of horrible stuff going on here: toxicity, trolling, insults, spamming; yet the usual offenders are still here. Even reported one that went way over the line, he/she’s still here.
Just help people out when you can, debate people when needed and have fun. As long as you arent constantly being a troll, or harassing others you should be ok. We all have our moments where we might take things too far, but I would imagine if you arent a habitual line stepper, and are of some service to the community, you will be ok.
Well, that’s what I thought too… but I keep being proven wrong lol. So weird; if we at least got a link to the offending post it would help make sure it won’t happen again. Hard to learn from mistakes you don’t know about. Thanks man

I'd say simply exercise some common sense and try and be respectful, not only to other members of the forum but also the devs.
To many, criticism these days seems to be synonymous with insults. Just look recent posts. At almost any given moment there will be a thread that doesn't just criticize the game but also questions the motivation, work ethics, skill or even the morals of the development team.

I've been banned at least 5 times. You're good.

Apparently it was 2 weeks for this one; haven't checked the other. Still don't know on what basis, but such is life...

Still not as bad as EA...they will ban you for criticizing the game, period. Seriously, couple mods over there will ban you if you post a fact or evidence to back up your posts etc.

Chances are you have a stalker that is reporting every post of yours and hoping one sticks.

Yeah I know what you're saying, some people don't know how to act online with their insults and trolling..its almost like they are socially awkward or lonely people.
