A friendly game against a friend is great, single player content is OK, but DD just takes up way too much of my gaming time.
I wish RTS was good, but sadly is gets old fast, wish it had a story to follow.

Agree with you. Takes up too much gaming time, especially when our progress is all washed away anyway when the next yearly installment is released. And even while we play, we deal with glitches, repetitive gameplay, people cheesing wins online. I love baseball, but The Show at it's current state just isn't worth the time for someone who has limited time and likes playing other games besides MLB.

What else would be the point of RTTS? It's a story about how someone becomes a MLB player. If all it is used for is to grind a CAP for DD, it might as well not exist.
Also if you feel the need to post what you did, i feel bad for you as a human.

Funny you say this, because I've the same feeling. I dont play online, only offline. A three-inning conquest game takes way too long now (loss of pitch accuracy is too high, foul tips galore) and the overall feeling of frustration when it comes to cpu dotting me up, diving outfield catches, over the wall catches, the many, many pop-ups, and the perfect-perfect outs/fouls. I played previous years and it was fun, this year just isnt doing it for me, feels more like a second job and takes up way too much of my time. Just feel like they over "balanced" things this year too much. It took away the fun factor for me and moved it into a more frustration type of game. I have better things to do.

What difficulty are you playing these conquest games on? I think it's pretty easy personally. I only started playing conquest this year for the first time. I've never lost a conquest game, except for the first one I ever did.

About 90% of the time its on veteran, I dont have an issue with losing (I'm not that good at it either, tbh) but the issue is the frustrating gameplay like I mentioned above. I just wish they'd adjust a Perfect/Perfect to be what the dictionary classifies as Perfect... Which is Perfect, a perfect ball can't be caught, fouled off, or hit into a double play.. That wouldnt be classified as perfect hit, I just dont get their definition of what the word perfect means to them. I can live with this really, but it really comes down to pitching for me, i just cant stand all my pitches drifting center mass when my release was very good. It's not like it happens every once in a while, it happens to almost every batter. I've had pitch counts go to 15+ a lot of the times lately, pitcher tires too fast with it like this and I cannot pull him due to the three batter rule, so I know im going to get lit up. I dunno, just me complaining I guess. I just wish they'd adjust some things.

OK, that's cool. I'm strictly an offline player also, but I only play the map games on rookie and occasionally veteran. I'm grinding the USA map and have it about 1/3 done. On my last run, I stumbled on a 5 pack and pulled a couple Chase cards and got a 90 Mookie Betts and a 90 Devin Williams. I sold both of those for about 10K each to get some stuff for my RttS guy. I have him in RF so I didn't need Betts. It is definitely a grind and I hate losing, so for me, it's going well.
You might try Pure Analog pitching. It's the most precise for me, once I got the hang of it. I learned it from some guys YouTube channel and I imagine he's pretty good and he says that's all he every uses. I love pitching with my 85 John Smoltz because of his long, smooth windup and he mows down every batter and he's gotten several Immaculate Innings. But all of my starters and bullpen are good enough make rookie/veteran games pretty easy. I can finish one in about 10 minutes. As I move toward the North-East, I see Boston has like 29m fans in one stronghold, so that might be kinda tough, but we'll see.
I used to feel the same way as you, concerning what "Perfect" is supposed to mean, but I just chalk it up to, "that's Baseball".
