You really need to find a new hobby. I don’t think this one is for you.

Can you talk about the topic of the post and restrain from coming at me personally? When you do that it means you have nothing to discredit the issues and instead use personal attacks to deflect.

There’s absolutely no excuse for the first one, though some will try.

You CLEARLY got under the ball with your PCI.

Posting these just further invalidates your daily crying on the forums.

How could I get under the ball if the PCI is not the bat?

So, are you unsure of how baseball physics works, or are you just wanting to argue for fun?

Go play the game, hopefully you're better at the game than you are arguing. Or, you could try another hobby all together that you might excel in!

I've answered your question, and it's very telling that literally everyone else is just ignoring you (you'll be added to my ignore list as well).

The ball is at the very top of the PCI, you got under it, you popped it up. This isn't tough man, unless you failed Middle School Physical Science class in 7th grade.

I will agree with this years game, the physics of the launch angles has been off. I’ve seen several instances of bottom pci contact resulting in higher launch angles than upper pci contact. I’m pretty sure a lot of people griped about it during the first week.

That's a power hitter. You're supposed to get a bit under the ball to create lift, isn't that how physics work? And not just physics, the game tells us to do so as well.

First one was crazy. Thankfully I never experienced anything that bad. Next 2 were fine. 2nd one went over the wall, not much more could have happened. And the 3rd went pretty far too. Both completely expected when you didnt quiet square up the ball.

Under means the bat was under the ball, as in, the ball hit the top of the bat and went up in the air, indicated by the ball being on the top line of the PCI.

What you're attempting to discuss is the launch angle, as in the plane of the bat/ball contact, but that's Geometry, not Physics.

The game has no way for users to impact the plane of the swing, so that is out of the Users control. This is why sometimes, you square the ball up, but it ends up a line drive for an out, and other times, it has a launch angle of 35+ degrees. That is up to the randomness (you guys love to say RNG) of the game. They added the three PCI dots last you to give you a VERY small amount of control on this, but mostly, that still just gives you a random P/P outcome.

    Any other questions?

I'm sorry, but if this would have happened to me I would be confused as well. The whole ball is in the buckshot of the feedback, so even if you would want to make the argument that you "got too much under it" then it should've been a flyout to the outfield, NOT a pop up. A popup should happen when you pull the entire buckshot under the ball and the baseball in the feedback doesn't touch the buckshot at all but only the vision part of the bat.

Also the "any other questions" is kind of unnecessary and condescending, I just happen to agree with OP. That you have some beef with him or some gripe that he posts a lot of complaints has nothing to do with me.

Every game I play, I have one ball inside the inner PCI that goes for a pop up to C or somewhere in the IF.

They have a bad value somewhere in the RNG for inner PCI good timing. Send a bug report. Posting here will only invoke flames.

Did you take this video? Or is it someone else’s gameplay?

Let’s all be real with each other- this game, this year, is just off. Pitching and hitting are just not that good. It just blows my mind how they’ve yet to be able to program singles, doubles and triples into this game. It’s either Hr or bust again and we still have the pitcher wall…

Why are you trying so hard to get validation from other forum members? Whether other players agree with your conclusions or not does not change a thing. We all have different expectations of the game. We all have varying experiences in the game. Why is it so important that you spend your time trying to convince everyone else?

Lmfao Ive never heard anyone refer to a bat hitting a ball as the geometry of baseball but if you really can’t admit that should have been a homerun and are dead set on sounding just as DUMB as the op, congrats.

Lmfaooo geometry of baseball you guys try way to hard sometimes.
