As a side note, my experience with people clamoring about NMS, are full of it. Even if it's only once, that's money spent outside the deluxe edition.
Sure there are people that buy the game and never swipe. They don't come around like a peacock though expecting people to be impressed.

Also, how is it relevant to a conversation about bad pack luck?
It's about the in-game economy, and NMS is information on how you handle that economy.
Fair enough about the banners.
Every post is about the packs if you buy them earn them doesn't matter every post is about the quality of the packs

Yea they’re awful. They could be 750 apiece and still be a big loss lol. If you care about your stubs don’t buy packs because no reason to let them scam you out of stubs. If you don’t care rip away but you will lose. Like 30-40% of packs give less than 100 stub value lol. Worst pack in sports games. If you couldn’t buy stubs and had to buy packs it would be all over social media but it is what it is.
And lol at a bootlicker telling you that it’s more bs for you to pull a diamond out of 150 packs than not pull one. As if probabilities wouldn’t come into play with math. Those the type of dudes sds employs lol.

I wrote that it's more BS to pull a diamond from A SINGLE pack at 2% chance. Of course the more packs you rip the greater the probability that you'll eventually pull a diamond. My point was that it's 2% every single time on standard packs, so going on crazy dry runs shouldn't be a shocking thing.
Oh, I've pulled Trout and Acuna x2 and DeGrom and Soto a few times and Arenado x2 and lots others, all from standard packs. Yay, me!

Yep. I've seen them not only as toppers to the 50 bundle, but also as many as 6 times ripping packs.

I spend money. Generally speaking, an absurd amount. I don't care. I earned it.
I have the collection done, but had insane pack luck pre-release. Least amount of money I've dropped probably since I started DD in 16.
Yay for me.
In the grand scheme of things, who cares? Generally the NMS people do. That's my experience.

At the end of the day, if someone announces they are NMS or they say I spend thousands on stubs to complete the collection as quick as possible, what’s the big deal?

I'll bite too. As a NMS person, it rubs me wrong that the industry has gone the way it has, with so-called free to play games that incentivize players to spend money. Saying your NMS is a light way of indicating that you hate that aspect of modern gaming and wish it didn't exist and that you'd rather take longer to do something and not give in to predatory monetization.
No offense at all to people who pay money for cards -- truly.
