Packs are a joke

1:50 chance every time you open a pack. Regardless if past bad luck. 98% chance not to pull a diamond every single time you open a pack. This is not BS. It is math.

If you open 147 packs and get nothing, and someone else opens 3 packs and gets 3 diamonds, the overall odds are still 1:50

There are a few people addicted to playing the CPU in a make believe season that like to comment on DD peoples issues too. Crazy aint it?

I’m a NMS player, only open packs that I get through gameplay or if I buy with stubs I earn. I’d say between 50-70 packs I’ve only got one Diamond. Is what it is, I’m not getting worked up over not pulling Trout in the first or second week.

I had 17 packs last night. Got a Chase out of the regular packs with Cole in it. Nailed 4 diamonds in 17 packs all within 4 minutes of each other. Marte, Muncy, Buehler and Cole.
Also ripped the Headliner 4 from conquest immediately upon receipt and hit on Mariano.
Stuff comes in streaks.

Yes. Opening week, they were raining out of regular packs. Last night was my first in well over a week.

Lol, no it's not. It's frustrating for sure, but the math is the math.
If you get a diamond with those odds, THAT'S actually more BS than not getting one.

And you answered your own question..they are banners . meant to be displayed...NMS is not a banner or a badge of honor.
Also, how is it relevant to a conversation about bad pack luck?

It's about the in-game economy, and NMS is information on how you handle that economy.

As the OP, I was more just venting my frustrations. I know it’s 1:50 every pack, and the math, statistics, etc… just complaining about bad luck lol

We've all been there man. Last year I had pack drought that expanded over 200 packs.
