You’re right to a certain extent, but SDS can certainly discourage the practice from taking place like the way COD did a few years back when they implemented a cooldown period for those who were habitually ending games by powering down their systems when things didn’t go their way in a game when they were the host prior to the implementation of Dedicated servers which obviously makes dashboarding a moot point. When COD did it if you disconnected so many times within a certain period of time you were banned for short periods of time and the penalty got worse the more you did it. The practice of dashboarding was nearly eliminated overnight when these losers realized that their actions had consequences. There is nothing stopping SDS from doing something like that.
