If you won 30 RS games in one season, you are not “trash” at this game. Not everyone can be superior at this game. I know I am far from it, and most of us are.

Not being a D, but how did you get to 900 with 9 wins and a loss to boot? I also saw your average in the standings @ .245?
I’m 11-1 and my only loss came to the top Xbox player on the first page of the leaderboard and I’m only at 865.

You can be “not good” at this game and get 30 wins. Someone said they were like 20-50 working toward Trout at one point. I think I saw him say he finished so who knows what the final tally ended up.
I think I went like 30–18 which is more losses than I had combined seasons going in as I am an average player and faced majority very good ons. But this new program for rewards this year will allow many people to get the reward and have 30 -70 losses.

I agree 100 percent. Don’t get your hopes up too much though…it’s not the monitor that helps people with the timing windows…I think some people have a certain ISP or my theory is even bogged down internet that helps them out….IE streamers. Something allows some guys to easily hit on legend while others have bad timing windows.
Wasn’t trying to call you out at all. I was honestly curious how you did it with nine wins and that low of an average. Seems like I have to put up 15 to win.
Got him myself from hitting WS but haven’t tried him out.
Hopefully they have some more fun reward cards like Trout where people can earn the right to use them first. Really fun.

I’m genuinely curious if you could elaborate on what you mean by streamers and their bogged down internet helping them out. I’ve heard something about servers being better near the coasts too

My personal theory is the opposite of what other people think. I believe having poor internet may actually help you out.
I was just pointing out that streamers have their streaming setup running while also playing mlb and anything else going on in the network.
Also over the years of playing MLB it has always seemed like dudes from Japan and Latin countries were always playing on crack. I remember people talking about it before how whenever they match up with a team from Puerto Rico they are in for a dog fight. This was like five years ago prior to everyone being on twitch.
Just a theory. I haven’t taken the time to stream my game and play Netflix on ten devices to test it.

So I set up my Twitch to stream with maximum broadcast bandwidth, ran a couple Netflix movies and had a party chat going and played a couple World Series RS games. I was very early on almost every sinker. Felt like the pitches were coming in on veteran.

Was order 104 so got him Friday night. Been pretty busy the last couple weeks so didn’t really feel like grinding for him. Put in the time all year gathering stubs so might as well use them

I kind of like Vlad and Soto over Trout pretty handily. Mantle and Griffey probably as well.

I think it all comes down to personal preference. Trout's swing is really good. Similar to Vlad but that added speed is a difference maker. In my opinion Griffey has the best swing in the game. It is so quick and smooth. He is easily my foul HR leader as im early a lot with him. Mantle, you either like or hate. I personally like his swing but others cant stand it. My biggest dilemma is Mays, I can hit anything inside with him. Now a fastball down and away I crush. Soto I tried for a bit but I really favor having speed in the OF. The other guy I really like that no one talks about in Hank Aaron. Great swing, good stats, can field and has some speed. Like a better version of Vlad.

Yeah, all of these are solid options. Another one that rarely gets talked about is Yelich. Great swing, great speed, totally mashes. I do love my old school OF of Mantle, Mays and Aaron and .y all lefty outfield of Griffey, Yelich and Gwynn/Rosario/Alvarez. And don't sleep on Tyler O'Neil PotM or Starling Marte Finest.
I still haven't tried any of the program Finest yet (other than Tatis and a few relievers). Looking forward to Soto and Ketel Marte along with the others.

I hit so well with Vlad and Mantle. I’m guessing their load up must set me up to time pitches correctly.
I think Soto off the bench with Trout playing is probably the move.
I’ve hit so many early and just early bombs this year. I really hope they reward those swings next year.
