Ranked Seasons is super fun and competitive and pitching stats matter a TON! The average ERA this season is only around 9!!! I love how much fun it is!!!!!! Incredibly realistic to real life, too! With such a tiny, almost imperceivable skill gap, David can slay Goliath time and time again!!!
Do you flail at every single pitch?!
Have you never made it past the Division Series?!
Do you struggle against decent players?!
WELL FRET NO LONGER BECAUSE NOTHING MAKES SENSE ANYMORE AND EVERYTHING IS INSANE!!! TRY OUR NEW “BLINDFOLD CHALLENGE,” WHERE WE GUARANTEE THAT IF YOU PLAY A 9-INNING GAME BLINDFOLDED, YOU’LL HIT AT LEAST 6 HOME RUNS OR YOU GET 20 STANDARD PACKS ON US!!
HAVE FUN!!!

Highest I've been is 878.

I played 4 games today going 1-3. I was beat by a very good World Series player, then lost two games to the very late bloop hits. My win I got a rage quit. Point in the game is frustrating and I will probably take a few days off. I was in division series today, now I’m in pennant race

I think I've gotten incredibly lucky this season to not run into more losses than I've had
-
How did you determine the "average" ERA? I don't think the average is around 9 by seasons end. I usually find myself somewhere between 3.75-4.75 ERA by seasons end.

Haha I know man. Our slugfest was game one of this season for me. You’re top of the world right now though, so enjoy it!

I had to win a 9-inning game on a walkoff solo shot in the event, 2-1.
He got his run, starting the game with two, very late/jammed doubles.
Despite squaring the ball up non-stop, it took that bomb to score 2 runs...

He is basing that off some of the top players in the game who are still playing each other on All Star as they work their way up the ranks and are scoring tons of runs. Yes, I will still have low scoring battles and probably never hit 6 HR a game lol. People just like to over react to small sample sizes. Kinda like when a MLB player has a good first week in April and is batting .667 with 5 HR 12 RBI and guys over react to him being the next big thing. Only to disappear and never to be heard from again. Happens every year.

I mean I kinda see the OPs point however baseball is a fickle mistress, she has her good days and her bad days. In real life too, we just see it more in a video game because we play more games virtually than real life MLB players do. There have been games where a player with crush everything and its always right at someone. And I'm only using this as an example look at what the Dodgers did on opening day 2019 they hit 8 HRs, HRs in real life were hit at a historic rate this season. And guys do get late jammed hit or I've even see guys hit HRs off pitches that didn't seem like they should have hit an HR off. As much as it frustrates us virtually, what happens in the game does actually happen IRL. The one issue I have with the game is when I hit a linedrive 100+ MPH into the gap and a fielders catches it standing up every time. If he laid out to make the catch that's believe able or if it has a high trajectory that's acceptable. But when it's a screaming line drive in the gap that ball should be a hit not caught 98% of the time

I’m not sure it’s luck. Guys like you and Mcgunksi and Your Friend Kyle are above the fray. Wonky stuff still happens to you guys, but you’re able to overcome it. I could say that I lost a game even though I squared the ball up every time, but in reality I probably just squared it up 75-80% of the time. It just felt like every time. But when you guys play, You actually do square the ball up pretty much every time. And that’s the difference.

Highest ive ever gotten is 610 i think. When i lose, I lose to better players. I guess your complaint is for players who are 700+ range who sometimes beat players who are 800+? When i played 700+ players i get waxed...wish i got some of these breaks u talk about to get me over the hump.

I'm close to 60 games above .500 yet I have been to CS once. Losing to lesser competition happens, I get that. But for it to happen repeatedly as I approach 700 is extremely frustrating
